You guys are aware it's still possible for City to either win the treble or win absolutely nothing this year. Bottling the PL might be impossible given that it just takes one Arsenal draw to practically confirm it, but there's still the FA Cup match to play against United and the Inter match. I actually think Man United have a better chance of pulling off a freak win than Inter but it's totally possible for both to do it.

In EFL news, incredible choke by Peterborough. Posh up 4-0 on aggregate, blow it 5-1 then lose in penalties to Wednesday. Legendary match. Posh fans on suicide watch. Also lmfao at Sunderland fucking it up again against a team that was in non-league practically yesterday.

The only teams right now not choking away their season is City, Brighton, and Liverpool. Everyone else is doing their best to throw it away
Let's be fair, no one's doing a better job at it than Everton.

Brentford just lost one of best strikers in the world for 8 months, lol.

We will see if this can be appealed.

And speaking of UCL, its great that Lukaku decided to play good football again at the right time, he's been in great form lately, scoring and assisting at almost every match. Inter needs all the help they can get for the final.
Can't see it getting appealed, although the 'cant train with brentford for a few months' feels oddly arbitrary

It's looking like Sheffield Wednesday would remain in League One after being handed a nasty 4-0 thrashing by Peterborough United. They still have a home leg but this is an uphill battle.
Looking back, it was an uphill battle, but they managed a mad comeback and won on penalties. Anything can happen, and they got themselves a trip to Wembley for a chance to return to the Championship.

Peterborough you guys good? Lmao what a complete choke job.

Also, not a chance anyone stops city if they play as good as they did against Real Madrid on Wednesday. United are limping to the finish line and Inter are about to secure Champions League next year.

Also, Italian football back now? Fiorentina, Roma, and Inter all in the finals. Thats pretty impressive for a league with no money.

The Europa League final is gonna be funny since Sevilla are 6/6 in their Europeans finals and Mourinho is 5/5 in European finals. Unstoppable force vs immovable object

Could have been 4 teams and a guaranteed title had Juventus not choked against Sevilla but its still pretty good for Italian football. I think they'll manage to win at least 2 of these finals.

Mourinho winning back-to-back European titles after so many years of ostracism would be wholesome (to me at least, lol).

I can't see Fiorentina beating West Ham and as much as I want to believe, I don't think Inter beat City. I think Roma win theirs though. Probably gonna be wrong though since it is the Sevilla cup.

He went to Roma to break the stereotype that he needs to spend a shit ton of money on players in order to win. Roma still need to finish at least top 6 in order to prove that along with winning another european trophy but that would be awesome to have him win this and get Roma in the champions league with no budget

Watching the smug, middle class Guardian type journalists all collectively shitting on Man City since the match on Wednesday has been great. You can see the pain in their faces as they have to deal with casual football fans ENJOYING Man City despite being the face of sportswashed genocide. Why don't people think of a nameless Pajeet builder who got turned into pink goo doing typical Pajeet construction work before they admire a Haaland goal or a De Bruyne pass? STOP ENJOYING THINGS YOU FUCKING UNEDUCATED LOWER CLASS FOLK, FOOTBALL ISN'T FOR YOU!

The current Roma squad is weak, with little depth and they are also having to deal with tons of injuries and unfit players. Their best player, Dybala, only played for like, 20 minutes across both semi-finals legs. With the tools he has at his disposal, I think its "easier" to win a cup then it's to do a good campain in a year-long league with games happening every week.

I think Fiorentina and West Ham are on the same level, while Roma and Inter will have much more difficulty tasks.

Just another reason to hate all journalists

I mean, finishing top 6 and another cup win would be enough to prove he is still an elite manager imo

Fiorentina looked like they were struggling this year. They also barely escaped Basel in the semis. I don't fully trust them

It finally happened and Hertha BSC is going down to 2nd Bundesliga. Thanks for the lulz.
Yep. Confirmed from Germany

From France- Ajaccio, Troyes, and Angers are confirmed down
England- Southampton
Spain- Elche
Italy- Sampdoria. Cremonese could also be confirmed if Verona or Spezia gain points this match week

Looks like the PL title is more or less clinched today, since Arsenal is shitting the bed against Nottingham Forest. The injury situation really is that bad. And assuming the result holds, the latter will most likely survive another year, as Everton, Leeds and Leicester City scrap for the last surviving spot.

EDIT: And now the game is over, and with it the title race. This bullshit is getting old.

Bayern has lost to Leipzig at home. I'm sure Borussia will definitely not choke or bottle this one and will put an end to Bayern's reign of terror.

And Man City has won the EPL.

I guess we can say the Premier League is the new farmers league, right?

Gonna treat myself to celebrate Arselel's choke, some nice scran and a movie maybe? Lel the seething on Twitter is fucking gold.
