That is the most blatant dive I’ve ever seen in football by Jota and if VAR won’t overturn something like that just bin the whole fucking concept.
The problems never been var, the problem is the same as it was before: the same inept/corrupt group of spastics are sitting behind the cameras as are on the pitch. Bringing in an independent group to handle VAR would go miles. An actual update to the rules with new tech in mind would go even further

That and victim fc whinged so much when they had a decision go against them so they've got a season free from any calls against them so PGMOL don't have to listen to Klopp moan

I'm buying this theory.
Thank you. A good way to see if it has any teeth is to see if City make their comeback and win the league while UAE decides to start selling their shares of City football group

Can we interest you in Moise Kean? Apparently Giuntoli is trying to make this happen and get Charlie Patino in return. Doubt he will pull it off but it seems Juve is finally run by someone who isn't trying to destroy our once great club.
Good Lord we better not try Moise Kean lol. I am fine sending Patino on loan to Juve but I saw Kean at Everton and I want nothing to do with him

The premier league sold its soul to the UAE royal family and were paid under the table to let them skirt the rules of financial fair play in order to build a team that could win the Champions League (the premier league trophy was the secondary goal).
City are hardly an anomaly in falling the FFP (barca, everton, juve, chelsea, roma, psg, fulham, leeds, qpr, monaco, etc). More clubs failed FFP than not, it's nearly the natural state of football.

Fair enough, he's definitely not an upgrade from Jesus. But he was like 19 during his time at Everton, and only 23 now. So he might be better than people give him credit for, especially since no one knows how good forwards are when they have to suffer under Allegriball.

But leave Vlahovic alone. The guy has endeared himself to the fanbase and a lot of people will turn on management if they sell him before he gets a chance to play under a better manager. ngl tho he would cook at Arsenal with the service from those great wingers.

Stop ruining my fun conspiracy theory :(

That's the issue. Kean is just another Jesus, and we don't need that. We do need a Vlahovic in our team though. Someone who can just score goals

There are going to be cheaper alternatives for Arsenal than Vlahovic, so I'm hoping they go that route. Especially since Juve are in contention for the Scudetto, it's gonna take a lot to get Vlahovic now. Then you factor in he's only scored 6 goals this season...I think that will scare English teams off. At least I hope so, lol.

How many goals did Hojland have last year? 9 goals over the course of a season and United bought him right up. Although that might not be the best example...

I'm actually surprised he had 9, he wasn't even a regular starter for Atalanta. United might have signed him due to his international form, iirc he was lighting teams up in Euro qualifiers last year.

He scored 3 against Finland, 2 against Kazakhstan, 1 against Slovenia, and 1 against San Marino. The San Marino one was after he signed. Can't believe they would go off the form of someone scoring against Kazakhstan and Finland though

Well, it is United...reason doesn't always factor into their decisions. They probably thought he'd be like Haaland since they are both Scandinavian.

Another spectacular solo goal from Yildiz in the Coppa Italia today. It's starting to look like Juve have one hell of a player on their hands, they would be insane to sell him. He did the Del Piero celebration after both goals, so he's already a fan favorite. I'm starting to believe in the Scudetto.

60 mil from Arsenal and he's gone lol

Giuntoli is looking like the best sporting director we've had in a long time. He won't sell an 18 year old for 60 mil when he could be worth twice that in a year's time. You also have to consider the will of the player...

What leagues are working through the next 2 weeks? I’m an English fanboy and need my fix.

Former president Caboclo gets ousted after being MeToo'd with proof.
CBF representatives then vote in a mafioso, Ednaldo Pereira.
Things go as usual until later last year when Ednaldo also gets ousted due to being a corrupt fucker.
His deals were so serious, FIFA was already considering suspending Brazil from the 2026 World Cup altogether.
Our Supreme Court (like with everything else they deal with) stepped in and reinstated Ednaldo back to the CBF presidency.
Also, they sacked Fernando Diniz and are scrambling to see who can take the NT's helm permanently now that Ancelotti told them to fuck off for real, because they literally had no Plan C. Plan B was to instate Diniz, but he was too crappy for the job.

TL;DR: Brazil is screwed.

Sounds like another week in South America tbh
