Congratulations to Inter for winning the Scudetto. It's been over for months but they've clinched in style with over Milan.
They have 5 games left with nothing to play for. Which is good for Torino, Sassuolo, Frosinone, and Verona who are in a relegation scrap. Lazio might also get a win for their European ambitions.

Thanks to their win today, Bologna have a 7 point gap over Roma (Roma have a game in hand). Even though Roma might qualify anyways for the coefficient, 5 games left means they can easily qualify. They play Udinese and Torino who are in relegation battles, Napoli and Juve who are chasing Europe, and Genoa who are mid table

Bruh, I'm scared that Atalanta are going to overtake Juve for the top 5. We took 12 points from the last 12 games, basically relegation form. If Atalanta win their game in hand against Fiorentina (they will), we are 7 points clear of them and still have to play Milan, Roma and Bologna. Not sacking Allegri during the international break could really come back to kill us. This club is finished without Champions League money next season.

I try to remain optimistic about Juve for your sanity but good lord I can't find the ability to do that. You basically gotta win at Roma and at Bologna to have any shot of getting Champions League this year. I assume Salernitana and Monza are wins and Milan are a loss. So that gets you guys to 70 points. I would assume a draw against Roma might do it. Roma and Atalanta have to play on Match day 36 so one or both of them are dropping points there. But man, you guys gotta pick up points from Salernitana and Monza big time

The reaction to Manchester United's FA Cup semi-final win over Coventry City has been "embarrassing" and "a disgrace", says manager Erik ten Hag.

United have been widely criticised after relinquishing a 3-0 lead against the Championship side before winning on penalties.

Coventry had a late goal ruled out for a marginal offside by the video assistant referee in extra time.

"Football is about results," Ten Hag said. "We made it to the final and deserved it.

"We lost control for 20 minutes and were very lucky in the end but we made it to the final. That is a huge achievement."

Former Premier League striker Chris Sutton has been one of those to criticise the performance of Ten Hag’s side, saying there is "no coming back" for the Dutchman.
The FA Cup final against Manchester City next month will be Ten Hag’s second in two years as United manager, after they lost to their Manchester rivals in last season’s Wembley showpiece.
Asked if he understood the negative reaction to their narrow win against the Sky Blues, Ten Hag said: “No. Absolutely not.
"The reaction from you [the media] was embarrassing. Twice [two FA Cup finals] in two years, it is magnificent.
“For me as manager, four cup finals in four years. The comments are a disgrace.”

What an absolute fucking wanker Ten Hag is. We absolutely don't deserve to be in the final, and but for a twist of fate we wouldn't be, and he's gonna act like he's some sort of 5 head football savant.

While I would have preferred to beat Aston Villa and Chelsea 1-0 each, its funny to see Chelsea get spanked right after they got robbed in the FA cup

We are lucky that a few key players for Milan will miss that game due to yellow card accumulation. I'm cautiously optimistic we can take 3 points from that one, which will go a long way to securing top 5 if we can pick up draws against Roma and Bologna.

Speaking of Bologna, I was able to watch their game against Roma yesterday and I'm convinced that Thiago Motta will be a great coach. Reliable sources in Italy say it's basically a done deal to Juve and will be confirmed once the season is over. But if Bologna are in the Champions League and Juventus aren't....I shudder at the thought.

Chelsea spending +£220 million on these 2 makes me feel slightly less shit about Milan gifting Inter another title. I get that rating apps aren't the end all be all but Jesus Christ-

Just because Bologna get into Champions League for one season and Juventus don't doesn't mean he would jump ship. He worked with a much worse budget and did well so I can't imagine he wouldn't succeed at Juve with the youth talent they have

According to Fraudbrizio Romano, Xavi has decided to stay at Barcelona next season. Now we get another year of him crying about referees, the Spanish press, etc.

Fuck off Geordies. We’re actually playing good football, I don’t believe my lying eyes. Up by 2 goals and still attacking in the 94th minute, we not only won we dominated. That’s 3 on the bounce against top table teams, we’re getting into Europe next season. Come on lads.

Everton have just won 2-0 against Liverpool, dropping the latter to three points behind Arsenal who are currently top of the PL.

Klopp's final match against Manchester United resulted in them being knocked out of the FA Cup. Klopp's final derby match to Everton ends in defeat too.

So much for this fairytale end that the English media are so desperate for Klopp to have.

I'm so fucking happy the Klopp era gets to end with such a wet flop, shame they managed to win the milk cup but I guess you can't count on Chelsea for anything. 3rd Place and a League Cup is the finish a crap United got last season, for comparison, and even they got to the FA Cup final. Goodbye you whingy prick, hope Liverpool enjoys their 3rd choice manager if he doesn't snub them too.

There's the opportunity for another ex-Everton figure to rub some more salt in on Saturday, but West Ham couldn't beat the U11's at the moment

He needs to calm down in order to do anything. Its just insane to think he was a calm player but loses his head constantly as a manager.

Newcastle falling off this bad is something I didn't expect this year. They pushed off Liverpool to get Champions League this year and now they are in a tight race for Conference league this year. Its as bad a drop off as Manchester United but they somehow get a pass

Antonio Conte will be the manager of Napoli next season. He is probably what they need in this moment, after falling off so badly from their title winning season. It will be interesting to see how he reinvests the money brought in from Osihmen's inevitable sale. But this is bound to end with a huge fight between Conte and Aurelio De Laurentiis, as they are both massive blowhards.

Leverkusen overcomes the first of four hurdles on their way to an unbeaten season, with yet another stoppage time goal to draw Stuttgart in the league. Leaves the two legs of the semifinals against Roma and the final against (probably) Bergamo.
They share the Bayern model of dominating the league by not dropping off anywhere as much as their opponents in the late game and scoring late goals. Seems obvious now but makes me wonder how no other team managed to dial their ped mixture onto this kind of sustained effort during the decade of Bayern dominance.
