So Burnley is officially kill after their loss, and Luton are functionally gone due to goal differential, making it a 3 for 3 for promoted teams to be fucked off back down.

Arsenal vs Man U later could be fun, although as a nominal United fan I'm kinda conflicted. Having United put in one of their infrequent displays of not being shit and cucking Arsenal out of the title would be funny. On the other hand United winning basically hands the title to City, and probably increases the odds we get stuck with that useless fuck Ten Hag next season.

Not only do City win the league, they do a fourpeat, crushing another of United's records. Most United fans I know are backing arsenal for the title

Can't see Spurs doing it though, they've been poor for ages

The perks of being a United fan.

As much as I want Arsenal to beat City to the title (the lesser of two evils), like @blahblahblah678 said they're likely to bottle it at some point and I'd rather we get the spoils from it. Not that it will actually happen since we're relying on Casemiro and Antony to actually do something.
 
Ye of little faith. When trying to determine whether it would be Arsenal or Tottenham to choke and hand another title to City, you chose Arsenal. I have to question if you are even fans of the sport at this point
 
The champions league spots are all but solidified in Serie A after this weekend.

- Bologna beat Napoli 2-0 on Saturday to put themselves in third place.
- Juventus nearly lost to last place Salernitana at home, but were able to steal a point with a stoppage time goal. They would have clinched with a win.
- Atalanta then beat Roma, which clinched for Juventus and Bologna. Atalanta is now 3 points clear of Roma for 5th place with a game in hand. I don't see them bottling that based off recent form.

What a job by Thiago Motta, only 5 teams in Italy have a lower payroll than Bologna. If all the reports are to be trusted, this man will cook at Juventus next season. As for Allegri, I will be shocked if he ever coaches again unless he's willing to go to a Serie B side. I honestly don't know what I've been watching for the past 3 seasons but it hasn't been football.

I had no confidence of Spurs doing anything against City in the first place. They've lost four out of the last 5 (those four being against big 6 teams) and the their last game was a win against Burnley. Hardly inspires confidence that they'll bring anything against City.

Whereas West Ham managed to come out with a draw against Liverpool recently (but were then violated by Chelsea the next game), so I'd possibly put bigger hopes on them making City drop two points for Arsenal's sake.

I am coping pretty hard right now seeing that City have only beat them in 3 of the last 10 games and none of those wins were at Tottenham.

Juventus has won the Coppa Italia against Atalanta. This is the most joy I've felt after watching football in a long time. It played out like an epic movie. We were in terrible form heading into the final, while Atalanta have been flying. But we get an early goal from our star player off a brilliant pass from one of our emerging players and go on to dominate the first half. In the second half, we face adversity in the form of terrible decisions going against us including a goal being called back for offside, unjustly imo. But we defend bravely and as stoppage time approaches the embattled (outgoing) coach gives us his most iconic moment. Another terrible call goes against us and he goes off on the linesman.

He gets sent off for it and then this happens

Juventus would have been justified in sacking this man at least 10 times over the past 2 seasons based off shocking results like losing to Maccabi Haifa in the champions league last season. But for some reason they didn't and it lead to this moment of pure kino. As one of Allegri's biggest critics, I believe he secured his legacy at the club with this moment.

I saw you guys had won but didn't know any of the circumstances. I feel like Allegri did all he had to do to leave on better terms than you would have thought. You guys won a trophy and qualified for Champions League. Its not the best of positions to leave Juventus on but considering how last year went, you guys are trending in the right direction. If you guys bring in Motta with his staff, then it looks bright for you guys

He apparently physically threatened a journalist during the celebration (iconic) and according to Fraudbrizio, he might be sacked today because of it. I hope it doesn’t happen until after the season. For all his tactical shortcomings, this man loves the club and has aura.

Edit: Mister Allegri told the journalist in question that he knows where he lives, where to wait for him, and that he will rip his ears off. Again, this was after winning the cup. Man is a fucking legend.

All this time you made me want to hate Allegri, and with one cup win, he has made me forever love him. Winning, telling off a bunch of refs, and promising to beat the shit out of journalists? Build him a fucking statue
 
Talks with Tuchel have failed, and he's confirmed he's leaving Bayern.

Barcelona, despite convincing Xavi to stay just months ago, are now apparently gonna fire him as the board is pissed at comments he made during a recent press conference. What heinous things did he say you ask?
"I think that Barca fans need to understand that the situation is really difficult, especially economically, to compete with Real Madrid in Spain and others in Europe," he said.

"We will adapt to this. It doesn't mean that we don't want to fight to compete and fight for trophies. It is the situation for Barcelona at this time. We need stability and time."
