I mean, yes but no. According to LendingTree, Virginia is the 9th highest mortgage payment state at an average of $1,243 a month. The last time I heard Chris tell the details about his tugboat, he said he was getting like $1,300 a month. And that was in like 2008-9 when he said it. As for the no part, I mean its Chris. He'd very likely blow through $600 of it before paying the mortgage. And then there's the necessities like gas, electric and water. Chris has to an extant proven he can pay bills when on a routine. But his frivolities would fuck him. He'd almost certainly not be able to pay for internet, cable, streaming services, lego and daily McDonalds.
But if Chris could limit his monthly food budget to $150-200 a month, which is easy as ONE person, and live without extra, yeah, maybe the tugboat could keep him from being homeless. There's also the retards that donate and pay for his shit, who will likely continue to do so after this.
But again, the bank won't keep it waiting for him when(if) he goes to jail, especially for longer than a year.
