Future of the House

stand your ground is thing?.

The threat has to be credible.

It's much more amusing to video the impotent chimpout before the police bundle them away.

Someone ought to go there and stick a "NATIONAL CHRISTORIC LANDMARK" sign beside the door.

Fixed.

They should tear the house down otherwise hundreds of weens will visit Branchlandcourt 14.

Build a big ass fence and charge weens $50 a person for tours. After the first few videos come out of the cleaned up yard and interior with no Chandler residue, weens will get bored. They'll turn their attention to stalking Chris as he wanders the streets, dragging a shopping trolley filled with some lego.

Does anyone know how the housing market is in Charlottesville and the surrounding areas?

Last checked, home values dropped considerably the closer they were to 14BLC. It's like a fiscal black hole, sucking the equity from everything around it.

House is in complete disarray. The yard is trashed. Barb is not there, no one is home and it doesn't look like anyone has been for a while. Sonichu temple, the portal to toontown.

It looks completely different without the evil inside.

It looks abandoned alright but I don't recall either Chris or Barb bothering to mow the lawn before.

The ruins of Christory (but then again 14BC has generally looked like shit so this is probably completely normal)

It doesn't look as if the trash cans have moved since the last photo I saw from March(?). The grass and weeds seem to be about a month or so since their last cut (judging by the lawn of my neighbors who rent and haven't cut their lawn in over a month). Growth in the driveway shows limited vehicle activity. Too bad the power meter can't be seen from the street. If the meter counter is tilted 15° or so, it means the electricity is disconnected which I would think would be the case by now if Barb is not there.

I mean, yes but no. According to LendingTree, Virginia is the 9th highest mortgage payment state at an average of $1,243 a month. The last time I heard Chris tell the details about his tugboat, he said he was getting like $1,300 a month. And that was in like 2008-9 when he said it. It probably is more now, be it time and now that he's a autistic man with only 1 and soon to be 0 handlers. I think it's been establish Chris will never lose his SSI.
As for the no part, I mean its Chris. He'd very likely blow through $600 of it before paying the mortgage. And then there's the necessities like gas, electric and water. Chris has to an extant proven he can pay bills when on a routine. But his frivolities would fuck him. He'd almost certainly not be able to pay for internet, cable, streaming services, lego and daily McDonalds.
But if Chris could limit his monthly food budget to $150-200 a month, which is easy as ONE person, and live without extra, yeah, maybe the tugboat could keep him from being homeless. There's also the retards that donate and pay for his shit, who will likely continue to do so after this.
But again, the bank won't keep it waiting for him when(if) he goes to jail, especially for longer than a year.
At least according to this estimate, it's worth ~$252,000 at most. Assuming that this calculator is reasonably fair for American home loan repayments, the repayments on that house could be around $1,200 a month--so less than you've estimated here, but not wildly less. It's still enough to fuck someone on a low income, especially if they're shit at budgeting like Chris is.

I feel like the other thing that'd fuck Chris over is the land taxes. Those come up to around $1,300 a year--that is, a touch over $108 a month. It's not a whole lot, but it's enough that he'd probably struggle with it. Even if he were able to keep up with it, there'd probably be a meltdown about it at some stage.

Just Chris really, since Barb definitely couldn't do it at her advanced age and physical state.

I also recall that shortly after the arrest, the neighbors had been donating lawn mowing for her but since she's gone they probably stopped.

Are the shutters fake, no-one give a fuck to close them or is any other reason why they aren'r closed?
They're fake.

So via zuckbook we have a new picture, it looks worse than the last time.

Someone seems to be mowing in front of the house and driveway area, looking at these two sets of pictures. Looks like they dropped the mower down pretty low to just get it cut as short as possible.

What do you take from that?

Could be a neighbor just running his mower along the front of the 14 BC to keep it from getting out of control.

For example, here is what it looked like in September of 2013, when Chris was perfectly capable of mowing (shot from the neighbor's house looking towards the main neighborhood road):

It does make me wonder why theyd help unless there is some unspoken agreement to keep the place looking lived in?
