she looks like a 14 year old boy. the fuck?
At first I figured that was her and was gonna riff on her looking like the lead singer of Sum 41, but I guess that picture is some kid she was making fun of. Her real picture is her pfp, though she's still:

Gina, darling, maybe you should listen to that little voice in your head:

I didn't even have to go beyond August for all of these, hahahahahahahahahahahahaha. Lord have mercy, she's a living template of a clout chasing basic bitch from LA.

G4 was a product of its time. I'm sure people have mentioned that in this thread already, but you can't recapture that magic. I never had cable growing up, only basic shit like Fox and CBS, so those magical weekends I'd be staying elsewhere, a friends, a family members, I'd always wind up staying up all night to watch G4, no matter what it was. Those years when nerd shit wasn't cool were so damn good. Even looking back and watching the episodes of Cheat or X-Play, I don't even cringe. It WASN'T cringe then. It was innocent, and stupid, and most everyone actually seemed to care about the hobbies that they showcased. I've rewatched the World of Warcraft Cheat episode many times on nostalgic nights with friends, thinking about the good ol' days.

It's pretty funny how much incorrect information is scattered throughout the episode, like someone heard another person talk about it and just recounted what they could remember.

What’s Morgan Webb been up to? Is she just as insufferable as Adam Sessler or is she busy with her married and professional life? Her twitter activity is nearly non-existent.

Last I heard from her was like six years ago when Leo Laporte rebooted The Screen Savers on Twit.TV, and she called in and was doing really well. As far as I ever found out, she never became a cow like Adam Sessler, and actually was the real deal, like she actually enjoyed video & board games while Adam just enjoyed cocaine.

She also looks surprisingly good despite being in her 40’s.

I guess living a fulfilling life with a husband and children and focusing on your professional career after your children grow to be independent actually does wonders. Meanwhile Adam Sessler is a lonely and impotent guy living in the 2000’s like he’s still somehow relevant.

I'm genuinely surprised how Morgan still looks just as young as she did on X-Play, i could've sworn she moved on to do stuff for the now-infamous Activision-Blizzard, though that may hopefully be completely wrong.

Awesome, I haven't seen that episode since back in the day but it's always stuck out in my memory of that show, thanks for sharing.

Still would.

Seeing Morgan not fall into the obvious pitfalls that games and nerd shit tend to have is a breath of fresh air.

These bitches should take notes on how to wrap it up when its time and not letting hobbies consume you.

That's how you know she's living a happy normal life. Good for her.

They can keep their gay nu G4, I'm fine watching old episodes of cinematech.
That's the main thing I've been hoping for is that this revival includes a complete archive of their old content on streaming, that'd be bitchin'.

I wonder how the rights would work considering all the copyrighted clips from things they'd use, but I feel like that would fall under fair use and nobody would try to sue Comcast because some show used a clip from your 18 year old video game or whatever.

Cater to 2000's kids who used the old G4 as a cope for their shitty homelife and viewed Sessler as surrogate father
Not sure anyone would have viewed Sessler as a surrogate father, maybe like an older brother or simply a role model.

People liked Adam Sessler and didn't just beat off to their chosen G4fu?

They did, Sessler was a funny, likable guy back then, as hard as it may be to believe considering how he is now, I like to think even 2003 Sessler would agree 2021 Sessler is a dick.

Hot chicks and likable dudes hanging out with those hot chicks you could sorta live vicariously through was the appeal.

Quote bug got your post, so you get a lazy quote, but I know he wasn't bad back then. I just seriously don't remember anyone mentioning him when G4 came up, it was always the great debate on hottest host lady.

What I find the funniest though is how many thumbnails are half naked chicks. New G4 ain't gonna be G4.
Looking back it's actually kind of insane just how obsessed with sexy women 2000s media and culture was, it was an absolutely crucial part of the overall aesthetic of the decade.

Wasn't much to say about him unlike debating over who was the hottest I guess.
