It does when you act like the Nava-Verse is such a perfectly built place that is rich in content, when most pages there are repeats of one another, minor details no one but you would be interested in, and random starts and stops. At least with Avan-Verse me and Candy try to flesh out what we start to an extent before adding on to the stupidity later. That, and we recognize AV as silly time-wasting bullshit, while you act like NV is the best idea anyone has ever come up with, even though the whole things sounds like a horrible 2 AM burst of inspiration.

You sound like most of the kids who write stories on fan fiction dot net, they beg for reviews for their stories, and then when they do get them they complain about the people critiquing them and claim they are being bullied. If you put something on the internet for all the world to see and expect people to praise you, then don't get the the attention you want, don't put it on the interwebs.

All these people are trying to do is help you, and you are throwing it all back in their faces. In the real world people will be far meaner than we have been, and how are you going to learn and develop if you keep being defensive. That is the first sign of growing up, and taking responsibility for your own actions. You being rude and rather argumentative is not the right way to react, sometimes you have to take the truth and swallow it, then look back at it and think 'How can I change this?' 'How can I improve my behavior?' Maybe even think about how that other person feels about being demanded at?

As a group we just want to see you happy, doing something outside the interwebs, and becoming the responsible and reasonable person we know you could be, to achieve you goals. But you can't have it both ways.

Oh, what a coincidence, I'm a writer too, with lots of work-in-progress stuff. What's your overall plan? Greater overarching design principles? Central themes? Points that readers will be familiar with from other works? Your unique twists on those? Your hopefully more original and interesting features? General hooks for reader interest? I mean, when I had been working on my stuff for a really short time and at least some of those emerged pretty soon. I'm genuinely interested what you have thought up so far and where do you intend to take your stuff.

Now, this one is REALLY old.... like, almost 10 years old! It's been framed in my bathroom for ages, I had to take the frame apart just to get a photo of it.

As you can see, it's a ginormous metal demigod armed with energy weapons all over every part of his body and shooting them in all directions... I've always had a fetish for excessive numbers of energy weapons (one of the reasons I love Fallout: New Vegas so much).

Just a cool little LEGO structure I made recently... I absolutely LOVE Legos, and I have a gigantic bucket of them that I hadn't played with in ages, and pulled out recently after getting some Halo Mega Blocks... This reminded me of an old post in the thread:

I think it might be schizophrenia. If you check the artwork of one "Louis Wain" you can see the progression as his symptoms increased. Moleman's drawings remind me of a very simple version of one of Louis' later work. The only real difference is Louis actually had talent before he went around the bend.
