On March 24th, 2025, Gabriel's ex-wife filed for a TRO (Temporary Restraining Order).

This motion was swiftly granted, meaning that Deb must have provided some strong evidence that the children were either being neglected or actively endangered.

The 2nd highlighted image is proof that Gabe is now only allowed supervised visitation

It also appears that the court has found it within the children's best interest to have some form of counsel.

While this is a bit old, we know for sure that the case is still not going in his favor based on his Twitter activity and one other portion of the court docket. Cross reference the tweet with the highlighted date.

Originally that's what the entire custody battle was about in the first place, we got the court update in July 8th because there was personal evidence that Deb had that Gabriel was neglecting his own kids even to the point that his mother told Deb that Gabe wasn't willing on caring for the kids he weaponized against the internet at large.
