I think you should definitely include her hate of jews, black people, and gays.
And the "Forgotten Bible" .... and it'd be nice if you included her odd behavior about people and magic towels on their heads.
 
She's under the impression that Rock music makes people gay, perhaps that may be at least in part the origin of Jace believing psychotronic waves.
 
From watching the stream it looks like Jace is the sane one in the relationship. In short she is THE stereotype of the southern hick: Christian, suspicious of anything unamerican, hates gays, knows nothing of technology. She believes webcams are the "Eye of the devil" Anything her pasture says is the truth no questions asked and she mentions calling the pasture several times.
 
Seems to dislike things for being "unAmerican." Could have played a huge role in Jace's military obsession because what's more American than the military?

Gail Connors and Parenthood (Mothering? Her Family? Her Sons?)

Anything else I'm missing?
 
don't forget to mention how dancing makes you gay, also like someone else said she constantly called the pastor i honestly wonder if she calls him at least 5-6 times a day, maybe i'm wrong because today with jace's stream was an event for her, then again who knows, right?

Not just the stereotype hick, she kicks it into overdrive. She thinks foreign languages are designed to confuse the god-minded American people.

All of her general views of what makes people gay could be lumped into 'Gail and Sexuality'.
 
The fact that she prays for robots and video game characters because she is unsure of whether or not they have a soul is important too.

Her feelings towards Tyce as well. Did they discuss Eli? My stream cut in and lout a lot.

We need a section on Gail and Technology

edit: Maybe this can be simplified:
Gail (overview)
Religion (her views on homosexuals can be shoved in here as well)
Patriotism (America, foriegn languages)
Science (technology, medicine, science)
Parenting

We can have main sections and subsections to keep things clean

Well, it really really depends on the approach. Most likely she's just doing it because "oh my they look like people persons does that mean they count as people persons? I better pray just in case", in which case it's exactly as silly as it sounds.

And no they didn't discuss Eli

I think its important as it shows her conviction vs. how easily she'll fall into beliefs.
