It's not so much that they hate heterosexuality, they just loathe the idea that men have any sexual agency. Don't find a 400 pound woman with 4 half-black kids attractive? Well, you aren't 6'6" with 7 figures and 8 inches, incel, so swipe away and keep moving~!

Pure undaulterated copium to think that Games Journalism had anything to do with Stardew Valley, Undertale, etc but to put fucking Animal Well on that list when it was funded and pushed by a literal fucking youtuber who hates games journalists is insane.

Games Journalism has historically been a gigantic gatekeeper in titles getting exposure, as opposed to helping any of them. Journalists would very often not play many games and would play them incorrectly and not understand them on a basic level (insert the Bird vs Journalist playing Cuphead or a 'Dark Souls needs an Easy Mode' article).

THIS. The historical revisionism from these retards is laughable. I remember reading EGM because they showcased all games, even ones that never left Japan. Even Nintendo Power tried to be charitable by highlighting games that were obvious shovelware like Sesame Street 1-2-3

Then we got these mush brains pushing boring Anti-games like Gone Home and Depression Quest because LESBIANS and sucking the right dicks, then getting mad at Cuphead for not having some anti-racist message shoved in it.

This fucking retard thinks game journos had anything to do with any of those games being hits? While older, claiming they had a damned thing to do with Stardew Valley's popularity is fucking laughable but the rest of the more recent stuff? Those all got popular due to basically everything but "traditional" game journalism.

If any of them had the audience they think they do, they could easily just pivot to streaming or youtube as a career. Instead they loathe the streamers and youtube channels because they know they can't fucking compete and they were never interested in gaming in the first fucking place. And then animal well... that just turned the post into that inglorious bastards 3 scene in the bar. Fucking idiot.
