Dear Gamestop,
It's a joke, not a dick. Don't take it so hard.
Sincerely,
Everyone

Dear Gamestop,
Gamestop, you have two choices. You can either hang glide into oblivion or you can use your dwindling corporate resources to find some autist with a sticker. The choice is yours.
It's always one of those stores in a shopping center around Walmart's and I almost never see anyone go in there. The last time I went in there was about a decade ago to pick up a used copy of X-Men Origins: Wolverine (an alright game) and was accosted by a fat and obnoxious manager who kept trying to sell me more shit or have me sign up for garbage.I'm surprised that GameStop is still around. There's one I haven't been in for 15 years that I used to also frequent when it was Funco Land. Maybe I should go in there sometime for nostalgia before the whole chain finally dies.
Probably by overcharging for used shit and novelty toys that only an manchild would love, and keeping their employees low and overworked. Even during the end of it's heyday, it was kind of unusual to see 2 guys working there. And one of the managers was complaining how he was in charge of two or three outlets, in my area. How the fuck does this chain keep going? I have no clue.
Primarily by running it on a Skeleton Crew. How the fuck does this chain keep going? I have no clue.
Thisis foolish of them. If they actually brand it for faggot gay play they can charge $250 for it.
i mean even a decade and a half ago everyone knew working for GameStop was shitPrimarily by running it on a Skeleton Crew.
They run as few staff members as possible and kept leases in the smallest/cheapest locations possible. They also act as a pawn shop and buy a lot of "questionable" stuff for very low prices and resell for high margin. They also have very little competition as most stores (Best Buy/Walmart/etc) have drastically reduced or eliminated entirely their video game sections.
They are a brutal company to work for (allegedly). Almost no double coverage, dogshit pay, no events, the bathroom and office (if the manager gets an office) are glorified stock rooms, and an environment that tries to get employees to work off the clock where possible.
