I didn't know that Gazi was originally just another clout chasing youtuber. I originally learned about him via Sargon years ago... those videos are apparently still up (I thought Sargon got nuked)

It's "Aggravated Sodomy", which is defined as "when he or she commits sodomy with force and against the will of the other person or when he or she commits sodomy with a person who is less than ten years of age".

Honestly, I’m both surprised and not surprised at how this played out. Not surprised that Gazi got arrested, or that a degenerate fucker like him was preying on some doubtless troubled teenage boy (because “we waz same sex loving kangz and shiet”), but surprised that this was what got him arrested.
