The AI says some high end/small batch brewers have used cheese rind and barrel aging to impart 'funky' cheese flavors. You can also add whey as a source of creamy protein (think milk stout).

You are playing with fire though, I would instead try to brew a perfect pairing for a specific cheese. A chipotle ale to go with a smokehouse cheddar, a super herbal IPA to go with some Chevere.... Walk before you run and you will have delicious cheese and beer.
 
Thanks for adding the sticker notifications back. I don't know if you changed your thoughts on the notifications or were just being magnanimous to those of us who liked them, but I bitched about it when you changed them, so thanks very much for adding them back. I like the top of page and bottom of page buttons you added. It's a nice quality of life change when I view the site on mobile. Sorry that files aren't running as efficiently as you'd like.

Nothing will change, until europeans admit they hate jews because they are butt-hurt about usury laws. On the one hand it's unfair on the debtor, on the other hand a percentage has to be charged on lending in order for the economy to expand. You yourself outsourced the basics of economics to a semi-foreign demographic and this bullshit is going on an on since the fall of the Roman empire. Get over it fellas. It's twelve copper pennies to a silver shilling one way and 1 shilling to 13 pennies the other. Very simple.
