I don't have any screenshots but I want to tell this story from my (limited) perspective because it's funny. Yesterday I go in gen chat and hear that @Not Xavier Ravenblood was banned. I was like wtf is this bullshit and went to try searching his username, it doesn't autocomplete, I'm like dewd. :bossmanjack:
Then I go in keno chat where they are enjoying a cozy bossman stream; before long I notice that xavier is in there chatting and I'm like double wtf. He and null are casually enjoying some bossmantent and in between spamming 5, I gather that xavier joked about being underage and was reported, and they are hashing out him proving that he is in fact over 18 so he can get unbanned; also I am informed that much like with certain types of site outages, if you got banned but still have chat open in a window, you can continue to use it as long as you don't refresh. :story:
Null has requested he email a picture of his ID (presumably with some of the PII stripped out other than birth date), xavier has instead compromised and posted a picture directly into keno chat of his hand against a piece of paper with "NOT XAVIER" scrawled on it, on the grounds that come the fuck on, that is not the hand of a teenager. The whole time null is complaining about these randall-ass gen chat reports he gets, and I helpfully offer that the randall in question is ass2ass's sock, whom null had previously banned personally.
Suffice it to say that before long, xavier is unbanned, a2a is rightfully sent back to the shadow realm, and bossman lost it all again, dewd. I'm not sure whether xavier ever did send that email, but if null's anything like me he took one look and said "yup that proves it, go buy yourself some moisturizer".

I'll admit in the realm of genchat socks that I was incorrect. I just thought it was too unrealistic for someone to put that much effort into a sock including making multiple high effort posts in a thread just to try and pretend not to be someone.

I am amazed at the level of autism that exists.
