From everything that I've seen and that the girls have said, they take zero cut of any subscriptions/donations/patreon/etc money. Vshojo as a corp (and to pay gunrun and mowtendoo) make their money as a cut of sponsorships and merch that they arrange.

So they are pretty much working like a talent agency/eSport teams(which are pretty much just talent agencies now lol)

For someone in the English branch of Hololive, there's really not all that much English here - pretty disappointing, in my opinion. I gotta admit that HCH is pretty good, though. Can't say the same for diorama, unfortunately, might as well just call that one "Generic Anime Song: The Song".

I mean given her Japanese covers are absolute viral smash hits to the point people thought some of her uploads were the original song and singer, it doesn't surprise me that she's sticking with what worked.

Everyone who watches her is a weeb of some description, and japanese-style pop songs with localised lyrics all sound exactly the same, so it's fine. Could be worse, she could be Kiara who effectively is just a HoloJP Gen 0.

I have been mostly anti Vei since she joined. She was tolerable when she was just a dumb thot that Silvervale hung around but then she started hanging with Nyanners and leeching onto her. And before we knew it, all the thottery complaints against vshojo had some merit after all. I recognize what her simps watch her for, and to her credit she does have a weirdly sexualized voice that's pleasant to listen to. But I don't even know wtf even the vshojo girls saw in her to think she was a good fit, beyond being silver and Nyanners friend. For all the thotposting etc the vshojo crew do actually have some individual things they're "good" at or is their thing. Froot is a very talented artist, Melody is a huge anime weeb and an encyclopedia of sex, Silver is really into computer builds and RPG games etc, Mouse has operatic level singing and is a walking encyclopedia on anime, Zentreya is a master troll and plays drums, Nyanners is very good at voice acting, even Hime has that connection to japland and bridge to "irl" streamers, and Vei brings nothing unique to the table, nothing that contributes to the group as a whole, even her audience is already mostly transient between other streamers.

Old man Nui is out full force this stream. I had low expectation for visual novel stream but it's actually pretty fun with her self insert into the main character, using niji3D for various questionable purpose, constantly making jokes regarding hentai tropes and somehow manage to still talk about horse racing when playing a fucking eroge. Also pretty genre savvy too, got the harem ending first try.

He's been part of the Koushien events for a while now, why is that surprising? I'm fairly sure the BANs technical support thing he had with Fairys ran out a while back, yeah, but that hasn't really been stopping him from collabs. At the very least, I'm pretty sure that since then he's had some Amogus collabs, and was a coach for one of their Mahjong tournaments.
