Really trying to think what the reason is, so the following things maybe are:

1. Lyrica is possibly one the of EN Gen 2
2. The big arse storm that is coming
3. One of them caved and can't do it no more
4. Or just simply EN curse

Suppose I just play some video games then today.

Lyrica is 100% not with the Council. Her graduation lap goes all the way up to Sep. 3, and one of those collabs is with HoloID which would be pretty fucking awkward to do if it was overlapping with your current Holo model.

It's POSSIBLE she's gone to Nijisanji as we can expect Wave 3 in around November, but I'm also not entirely convinced she'll be amongst them.

I can't see the storm affecting the debut as it isn't supposed to hit until after they have already debuted. Funny though I have only seen Sana post about it so far.

This sucks for the girls. I know from experience that nerves before an important public performance really build up to the point where you just want to get it over with. To find out it's been delayed at the last minute can be especially nerve racking.

I'm sure they can handle it though. Showbiz is their job.

What makes the situation is worse is the fact that their debuts is hyped by thousands of people worldwide. That's gonna give you some anxiety, no matter how you trained/experienced you are.
The theory that someone is getting a cold feet is not that far-fetched, honestly

Being from one of the affected areas that had no good Kson memes associated with it, I can tell you that even if it's a disappointing flash-in-the-pan 'storm' (my area is expecting 40-60 mph winds, yawn. You only go indoors once you get slapped by a 100+ mph branch! Now that sucks, I can tell you), there are some areas that could possibly still be without power for a substantial amount of time (remember, we're talking about American power infrastructure here). I'm willing to bet that one of the girls lives in one of these areas and doesn't want to gamble that she'll be down at a crucial moment during what could the most important week of her career.

Either that, or it's a government plot (gotta channel some Pippa energy occasionally, it's therapeutic).

Feel like some sort of damage control is happening right now. Still remember some American autists manage to track down Gura with only info regarding her helping out at local animal shelters somewhere East Coast. Saying the storm affecting them is literally narrow down your location IRL and invited even more autists. Not to mention if one of them had loli natural voice like Gura to boost.

Either way, if the storm affecting one or a few of them then we will have most EN girls in NA & EST region. Sana might be in EU, the gap moe if Sana was that Russian/spain loli voice content creators that was shared here not too long ago (Loli voice with big tits tan avatar girl).

Ah shit man, you may have been on to something when you said Lyrica could be in NijiEN3. HoloEN2 is a bit too tight for schedule for her to be in.

Makes me wonder if an ID Gen3 is in the works. I like Lyrica, and I wish the best for her.
Edit: Though Lyrica has said because she's Filipino and not Indonesia, she's not sure how she'd feel about joining the ID gang.

The Japanese Hololive announcement describes the postponement as 'due to system trouble'. A borrowed phrase that is almost exclusively used to denote tech has fucked up somewhere.

Might be a cultural thing that they don't want to say 'We won't disclose what's going on', whereas in the West we are used to reading 'Unforeseen Circumstances', but it's a notable change between announcements.
