It's bizarre that Pomu held onto her non-vtubing job for so long if she was earning superchat numbers like this.

She may have been concerned about medical expenses, and based on what she's said she also seems like the person who does have trouble not working. It also makes some sense for her to have stuck around just to see how stable her SC numbers would be. Turns out that they've been pretty stable.

And yeah, Finana and Millie tend to underperform and overperform most people's SC expectations, respectively.

I don't consider the list credible because there's no sources on it. In particular IRyS has been operating since at least 2011 and claims her recording was from "quite a long while ago". If the list is accurate she was 16 at the time, which doesn't make sense.

Suisei's age is mostly correct because there is an old tweet where her friend said she's in third year of high school in 2015 (Edit: according to poster below, she would be graduate in March, a month later from the time of tweet). But I won't believe the rest of the list because it's just a compilation of the conflicting info floating around. I can only say that Suisei's and Coco's is (most likely) correct.

I'm not sure if Suisei ever went to college/uni. She said she wasn't exactly well behaved in school and questions if university really does look like the background of a game she was playing.

I have a feeling you refer to her "bad behavior" in school based on the clip of her saying she skipped school often and that she have several fights with teachers due to her skirt length, which is not true. That stream was just her and Miko read a browser-generated stuff and run with it for shit and giggles.

I don't know if she go to college or not. Suisei is one of the best as Op Sec among Hololive, and she almost never share her real info like her age or place of birth. She's a content creator since 2014, but it isn't like she can't work on that while attend a university. With how she said she works several odd jobs to fund her own career though, I have a feeling she might drop the college entirely to pursue idol career.

Wikipedia says that Japanese high school is three years, with the term ending in March. That means she didn't graduate high school in 2016, but in March 2015. College entrance exams appear to be in January. In short, in Feb 2015 she's already finished her SAT-equivalent. This explains why she isn't paying attention at school. The birth date in the list suggests she was 17 when she graduated, which means she entered school a year early somehow, which is why I doubt it.

We can probably rule out a 4 year undergrad degree, as that would span until March 2019.

My hypothesis is that she did a 3 year course of some sort, ending March 2018 (her debut). Following which she promptly ran out of money and began working part-time jobs. As opposed to struggling for 3 years before deciding to debut.

Any idol auditions probably took place before she graduated high school, or at latest immediately after. I somehow doubt they want a 19 or 20 year old, in an industry that grabs under-18s on the regular.

I was surprised they kept a consistent 25k viewers throughout the whole thing, usually long streams have highs and lows. The first half is already at 2.1 million views.

Seeing Okayu, Mio and Pekora fuck with Towa doing the marine idol step during the song nearly completely threw her off. That was pretty funny, I honestly thought Towa just forgot what to do, poor Towa.
