I've always been curious about whether or not that's the standard way corpos do auditions, and I don't know if anybody has talked about it. I know that a few people in hololive have mentioned not having input on their model.

I felt no big difference in the quality for all 4 of Sana's prerecorded messages, Calli just didn't make it a video.

Yeah this is my favorite council original so far, just a stellar production and a good fit for Sana's low skill in singing.

And this is interesting... I don't recall seeing any small-corpos cover any big-corpo (Holo/Niji) originals before (although that could just be a blind spot for me).

for some wholesome vtuber tax, recently start watching nunki. quite enjoying her streams, so might as well shill her. mostly considered being overly cutesy a gimmick that doesn't work on me, but she's frigging adorable and her mamama is giving me a hard case of diabetes; I finally understand how you luknights feel.
however she mostly streams on twitch on 2pm UTC+2, which is a bit of an unfortunate time since most yuros are still at work/school, and it being too late/early for anyone else. but for every connoisseur of cute anime girl noises it might be worth a watch.

Considering one of the postings on that gallery is a picture taunting KFP, it seems like anyone can upload whatever the fuck they want. At one point just after she debuted she teased on her RM account something spicy on her onlyfans only to link it to a rick roll; I doubt she actually had nudes beyond her upskirts there. I dunno, I wouldn't put it past 2015- 2019 Keeki to resort to that though.

They've been doing that since the beginning of Hololive basically. Probably the same with Niji. It's normal to have a pre-made model, it's really expensive to modify it to fit the vtuber, it's one of the main reasons why so many auditions get filtered, you can't have someone like Finana having Noel's model.

I normally give Calli the benefit of doubt on most things, but the Ina-Zen thing really was pretty lame to me. I generally don't think birthday callins are as big a deal, too. Sana's message was genuinely better, though, imo.

Watching Lui's stream now, and holy shit, she continually amazes me with how well she can hold a conversation in English, even pivoting to different topics naturally. She's getting very good!
