I know Kirsche said she applied to Phase Connect but it'd be bittersweet to see her join because her tangents would instantly get canned by Fishfag, though I know it could help her growth especially if she gets to join as an Invader with her original model.

She doesn’t really need phase connect. I’ve noticed that her and fellow menhera Nyaru have been popping off in the last six months.

Some highlights.
- Hasn't kept up on anything during his time off, didn't even know magni hurt his back, asked chat to fill him in on what he's missed

- Didn't remember how to get back into twitter or discord had to have managers walk him through it again.

- Lost sleep the night before nervous about missing "welcome back" messages from senpais wanting to make sure he replied to them all. Asked chat to check if he missed any and said he'd make sure to reply to them after stream.

- Said suspension was a result of him losing his temper (didn't go into more detail, the "he yelled at his manager" rrat seems likely)

- Said he's always had a bad temper, but got a better handle on it after therapy and hard work. working alone for a long time convinced him he had gotten over it, said this event reminded him he's not and still needs to get it in check, apologized for worrying people again.

- Spent Thanksgiving with family and got grilled over not finding a partner, brother "defended" him saying he just has a hard time because he's stoic and doesn't have a sense of humor which tempted Vesper to reveal that a lot of people think he's funny (his viewers) but decided to not reveal his power level.

- without going into detail got advice from family about the suspension situation which he said was helpful because they're detached from the situation entirely and don't even know what he does.

- They also suggested he do "retail therapy" because he was feeling down over the situation, Vesper's purchase of choice was.......... a boar hunting spear.

- the other major outting for his break was wandering off into the wilderness to camp in a remote area only coming back out of the woods once he ran out of food/supplies.

- No schedule for the rest of this week, and no D&D this weekend (will return next weekend at the earliest depending on the boys)

I think the rrat that he got mad about the permissions fuckups seems like it could fit what he said. But so could a million other explanations. None of those fit the "management bad" mantra though and that'd be a boring choice for headcanon.

I don't think it was management bad. From the way he explained it, he fucked around and found out when the right button was pushed. He had said in prior streams he liked messing with them.
