Lia's, what, 19 or 20? She's young, maybe the youngest in Phase Connect besides Uruka, and she'll learn from this. I don't watch Lia but I watched the relevant bits of the VOD because it's the hot Phase Connect drama.
I can't really fault her that much, she seemed like she was just trying to be nice and he was using that to hog as much time as possible (the call lasted 20 minutes). He was also in chat afterwards acting like an attention whore until Tenma timed him out.

She's normal (as normal as Lia can be) for about 10 minutes, then she gets quieter and quieter. You can hear her hold back tears right before she takes an 8-minute break from stream. After that stream she's fine and nothing eventful happens after that. Lia handled it very well and played it off as exhaustion.

Overall nothing that impactful. The only reason it has any relevance is because Exo has a Y chromosome and that means /pcg/ went and is still going ballistic.
