It's a smart move honestly and one I think first showed up as a corpo norm in Nijisanji. Doing longform debuts you either need to space out the debuts a lot more or else you end up with something like Council's debut which ends up feeling like a slog after the first couple hours.

I'd personally take Marine's statements to more allign with the fact that the company isn't going to send them to HR for sexual harassment coaching when she talks about some other girls tits. Holo in general seems to, by the talents acconts, be pretty mindful of avoiding drama between the girls and there could be no greater risk of drama than if they actually let Matsuri date another talent.

outside of a couple of them that seem to have actually expressed interest in a serious manner toward women (Matsuri, Kiara) I'd chock a lot of that up to a mixture of just being women (even straight women fawn over tits and such) as well as some of it just being playful and performative because the dudes watching are into seeing them act that way.
