Don't be fooled by the usual Yakuza fare helping to elevate the game slightly, Dead Souls/Of The End still sucks shit due to horrible framerate issues and the main gameplay just being downright scuffed.

Yeah, I noticed how clunky the gameplay was when I went back and saw her trying to combo a zombie with the chainsaw, only for the chainsaw's automatic 3 hit combo to knock the zombie down on the first hit, and do jack shit on the other 2, forcing her to wait for it to get up, only to knock it down again.
Not to mention when the NPC got stuck on some rubble and Coco had to push him out of it, only for him to get even more stuck.

Also Kiryu can't Tiger Drop zombies, so that's a deal breaker.

I had the same reaction but after checking it very closely i saw they are safe,they are not devoured, if you hit the Grubfather with your nail you can hear them inside of him, the achievement you get for getting all of them is called Metamorphosis and the charm it give you say this

I think another aspect of vtubing is that the entertainment industry is so heavily dependent on looks, but with an avatar someone who has actual talents, rather than "talents," can level the playing field. It's also an easier point of access for those who are shy (we know a decent number of the holoJP girls are in this boat, and I suspect Gura is as well to some degree) or who need to live remotely for whatever reason. This expands the field of people who can effectively make a living singing, playing video games for an audience, and generally just being funny and entertaining. What we're seeing is an infusion of real talent into a field that has heretofore been dominated by those who rely on their looks. You can even see this a bit in Pokimane's dabbling in vtubing, which she has said is because she want to use it on days where she isn't all made up for the camera.

Basically, hololive girls are to Alinity what Projekt Melody was to camgirls.

In response to what you posted months ago. Women's looks have rarely mattered. Brit Valenti looks like a dog's dinner and has made an audience for herself despite having very little talent. Shy people don't do live streaming, you are very naive if you think these girls aren't completely fake and micromanaged like all Japanese idols are. Many of them will have jokes written for them in advance and it won't be long until it comes out they're not playing the games just reacting to them in some cases. It's a business designed to drain money from lonely guys who want the anime girl experience, so they're manufactured to give them that exact experience. You can see the difference in the popularity between male and female vtubers. It's not about talent because men are more objectively more talented in streaming and video games so it's not about the quality of the performer or they would blow the women away in the top positions like they do without the fake avatar.

Yeah i did the same face when i discovered it, she is right now doing the Grimm troupe DLC, so expect her to be blasted to hell because Grimm is more harder than Hollow Knight and the Radiance (she actually beated them)
