I’m guessing they don’t making a ton of money, so I can only assume they can afford low income (that’s just a guess) and they can be some nasty places or not available.

I get that. The additional issue is she has a dog and a bird. Worst case would be they don't have a car between the two of them so they can't move far from a bus stop. Still, unless she or zax have an in person job they can't move away from you can get cheap rent outside of major cities.

You can see what she is making. Cut superchats / memberships in about half and cut off 30% for stream labs. I'm estimating phase takes 30% after YouTube (what Hololive takes iirc).

She needs to start streaming once a week on twitch as Yuni even if just to get everyone's free prime sub. Even just do a movie watch along there.

Hell, get a 1-1 and convert the living room to a bedroom.
