I don't think knowledge of her past was very widely spread, so she may take it harder. I mean that shit was known here and on /vt/ within literal minutes, but its not like its an open secret like Coco or Gura.
It literally just said lilym. That could be anything to people, not even necessarily her name. The only issue I see is if she used that same username elsewhere and people start digging. Which, I'll be honest, I don't think many people give a shit about her enough to go all in like they did with autistic owl. I love Fauna, but she didn't exactly make the waves the other girls did. She'll be fine.

So far they're not really biting her. She's the top subbed and SC'd member of Ethyria despite the anti video, even above the member who has by far the most experience as a vtuber (Millie).
All of this "drama" has the same energy as people who try to cancel vtubers (or other creators) for joking about gay people or whatever, only to see that it has no effect on their numbers because people outside of the echo chambers don't care.

The best course of action is to pretend nothing happened and quietly change their username. We didn't get anything from Calli when the infamous audio of her doing her business happened, Amelia uses her dog's name as her username to protect herself and didn't comment when people noticed too!
It's fine, there isn't much to go on just with this anyways. She isn't quitting and they aren't going to fire her over this of all things!
They are actually quite lenient in this regard, the only talent to get canned was Hitomi Chris and they did way worse than this. HoloCN (with the obligatory fuck you, Artia) got axed but due to way worse circumstances, the worst that happened in similar circumstances was Towa going on a quick hiatus with the man voice event!
