As part of my catching up I've been watching a lot of the new council members stuff, and Mumei is a treasure, the brain fuzziness during the quiz game show she made up won me over hardest.

Why ask questions you should already know the answer to? No shit. Do you expect WatchMojo to translate shit? Hell Crunchyroll when they started out would steal other fansub group's work. Why would WatchMojo be any different?

I still don't get her appeal and the way the other girls treat her makes me think she is actually retarded.

I feel like Kronii and Bae are the standouts for that gen. Fauna is too chill, probably the closest thing to an Ina, and Sana is non-existent. Even in the recent collabs she is like an NPC. I had expected Sana to actually be more like Ina going by her background.

Everyone on Council is good, especially on collabs, with the exception of Sana. But I attributed that due to her lack of chance to demonstrate her ability and personality, especially with her month-long break

Isn't that the conclusion everyone here came to, that she's actually autistic and explained why she had lots of boyfriends because they acted like her babysitter?

Nah, the problem is she's probably staying up past her bed time and historically her energy levels drop off when she stays up or tries to wake up early.

And yes I understand this isn't a collab.

Mumei does the "cute little sister" vibe even better than Gura imo, to the extent it creeps me out there are so many people wanting to lewd her. She does kinda seem to have some attention issues, it may just be acting and playing it up but sometimes she seems out there. It doesn't hurt that she has a soft speaking voice so it's very chill to watch her streams.
