iirc Persona 4 was first on the list then Dragon Crowns then Persona 3, Dragon Crowns sound the most viable to port considering half the fun was playing online, for SOME reason they gave us Nocturne on Steam after people bitched to hell and back about the Switch exclusivity

Outside of airheaded moments, I can't really see Mumei as someone on the spectrum. When she's actually paying attention to conversations, I never noticed any need to return to comfort topics and she seems like she can keep engaged in a conversation as long as she has something to add. She at least picks up enough on sarcasm to have back-and-forths with the other girls without issue. If the other HololiveEN members are treating her different, it's probably because she's fallen into that "innocent owl bean, must protecc" as a character and people roll with it. I can't see that Cover would go for the diversity hire when they can't even flaunt it in people's faces. (Also, when has Japan ever given a fuck about diversity in the workplace.) If anything, I could see her having ADHD rather than autism.

I wonder the Holofes (potentially) being pushed back has something to do with the slow recovery from The Cough globally. Wasn't the reason ID's 3D model being delayed was because of the travel restriction? That said, I do agree with the estimate of 2022 date for the 3rd Holofes, although that's based on the optimistic estimate of Japan opening up the country (though I have confidence in that)

Atlus probably has a Persona 3 remake/port in the making and until it's released there will be no OK for streaming the old ones. Easy money

The problem is there isn't really a definitive version of Persona 3 like there is was with 4, making it more challenging than a straight port.
I hope they do cobble together a portable/FES hybrid but it within the realm of possibility that they never go to the effort. ATLUS is gonna ATLUS.

I got mine a bit early, it leaked out already last night. Unfortunate that it runs like shit, but that's the Switch life I guess. At least you can overclock if you use CFW.

Yes, the ID 3-D models have been finished for months by now, but Japan closed their borders. Cover looked for a 3-D studio in Indonesia, but none of them had the required hardware or tech capability to do it. Moona was asked about setting it up at home and she said it required a $7000 suit, so she passed. I assume the suit is like what CodeMiko wears.

Their 3d is as janky as it was a year ago. Same clipping issues, limbs going haywire, weird prop interactions, etc.

I usually tell folks to pick up Digital Devil Saga instead of Nocturne, should they have a craving for PS2 era SMT. I wasn't aware it's a fucking rare item and hard to come by. Nocturne's difficulty curve is a lot like Doom Eternal, in that it is actually a wall.

Nocturne's difficulty curve is a lot like Doom Eternal, in that it is actually a wall.

If you don't save every time you pass next to a save point, Lucifer's Call/Nocturne will genly teach you to start doing it.

I didn't mean to say those were bad, not at all. It's just that they feel a bit limited in what they can do in 3d. Polka's 3d was a while ago but the things I mentioned are all more prominent there because she went out of her way to do a whole circus performance. Or Botan's, with how jank handling of items looked. And it doesn't seem like anything is changing.
Rendering and models are obviously perfect.

Honestly, I just want their tech to be on par with niji. Their 3d performances are on a level above holo. Especially group activities.
