• Couldn't kill enemies to complete a quest because others emptied the overworld area before she could get there.
• Huge whale mounts surrounded her in the overworld, making it difficult to see her own character.
• Literally stopped playing the game after turning the first quest of the game in.

Yes, I can very much see why HoloEN seem to have outright rejected IRyS' plan to begin the game together as a collab. And if by some miracle they still elect to do it, they are platinum exceptional individuals.

I mean sure, in an official sense, sponsoring someone to play a game and it turning out difficult to enjoy because of the community isn't good, but Asmongold was basically a free advertisement given he had around 230,000 CCV on Twitch and a hefty chunk of them are fence-sitting WoW players. If he had dropped the game after that, I honestly don't think this snowball effect we are seeing with the game would be happening nearly as effectively as it is now.

But the result is the same: Fans making it difficult for their favourite strummer to enjoy a video game.

Thats on SE dropping the ball then. Many of the people harassing Asmongold got banned afterwards, so if their policy is to ban those people and this was an sponsored stream.... why the fuck did they not have active GM activity around Pekora baning or at least disconnecting people?
