As much as I hate Nyanners, her reasonings are very sound for me. And considering the track record of the faggot nux, making it a very public thing is going to bring more harm than good. For example, the way nux presented the case made him seems like someone who has a big hand on this thing, which gave VShoujo a bad image as an irresponsible company/group

Its much better to deal it in private first before making it public, especially for a company or group who wishes to be treated as one. Hell, even Niji's "Task Force" made efforts in private first before launching a public attack on Narukami

The ones who play only the flavor of the week games and thank supas are going to have a much harder time getting eyes on them.

We're just past the point of getting an edge solely by getting in on the ground floor though. Niche vtubers will be able to find audiences if they're unique and talented. That might be true with other problems but if the problem is a scam with people pretending to be someone they arent to scam people then making a public announcement warning people is the right thing to do, keeping it private is absolutely retarded and lets the scammers continue to fool people.
