1 Block Minecraft has been a thing for years. Why suddenly everyone and their mother play it? Is it because Pekora&Marine play them and now everyone realize it's amazing? Or Hololive recently got permission it the map (wouldn't be surprise they need permission for that ngl)?

She is making enough money through both channels to be able to afford a small apartment of her own, and she doesnt seem to be living in a big city to claim that she cant find a nice place.

You have to remember that she is part of a company which limits how much she actually gets from all the donations, not to mention most of it most likely goes to living expenses. I highly doubt that those pieces of walking garbage that she calls roommates probably don't waste any of their precious money on her so she has to take care of herself. She has tried to look for places before but didn't have any luck, aka places full of mold and cockroaches. We all hope that she gets out of there as soon as possible but sadly there is only so much we can do.

As a reminder it is always a better idea to donate to her directly instead of through the company.

I'm really struggling to feel sorry for the man who's "closest friends" are physically and mentally ill people he's never actually met in real life who have a history of duplicity at best. Again. Get off the internet and go outside.

To be fair, none of us actually know how any of these people are well behind the scenes, and I can pretty much guarantee Nux has probably had far more face time and personal interaction with them well beyond anything we can gleam from a handful of screenshots.

What I personally don't like with your approach here is this boomer mindset that friends over the internet can't be just as genuine as ones irl, when the internet actually does more for making genuine friendships than bumbling about outside ever did. The vast majority of all youtuber/twitch friend circles started online. The difference with those is that they have the money to actually meet up every now and then or just move closer to each other at some point. Most online friend groups don't have that luxury, so its wrong to expect that out of them.

As for Nux's emotional response to the situation, our opinions on how real the friendships were do not fucking matter. What matters is he believed them to be real and a little empathy would go long way in this case. Heart palpitations, cold sweats, inability to eat, constant nausea, a deep pit in your stomach. This is an extremely normal reaction to having a falling out with your friends even when they're the only thing you could lose in that situation. Maybe you're too bitter, cynical, and jaded to understand, but I assure you its probably the most normal thing about his reaction to this situation.
