What I thought when it was said that Kiara might not collab with any Stars EN was because she is the most subscribed to the JP idol culture ideal - being "pure" and never interacting with men - but on the other hand, given her issues with that exact culture in the past, I could also see her backlashing against it and totally diving into collabs with them.

Also remember that people got very very upset that she was playing with Huke in Minecraft. I know the general belief is that it was MC autists getting pissy at the stuff he was giving her, but I've always felt the response to eject him from the server and mindwipe any trace of him to be disproportionate to something that easily fixable.

I guess we won't know until Stars EN happens, until then it is all hypothetical. But she also hasn't taken the opportunity to collab with any of the Stars JP that I know of, and of all of holoEN (especially Myth) she is the one who is fully fluent in JP and capable, so I don't know if that would change just because they would have an EN branch.

As I've mentioned, Hololive has no policies on a ban between the two productions. Unless HoloEN's management is being extra autistic, it's simply a matter of lack of interest. Kiara hasn't collaborated with them because there has been no desire for it to happen.

Just wanna quickly remind people, that during Cali's remix contest result stream Kiara and Cali had Kokorobeats with them. Relatively sure it was in person too. So it's not like she is completely against collabing with guys.

I'm not sure I'd count that, given it was Calli who asked her specifically to act as a translator. She wasn't really collaborating with KBeats, she was helping Calli out early on in her career and that involved both being in the same room. Ironically, she didn't reprise her role for when Calli did the same thing with a Holostar. I don't think she's a fierce man-hater with PTSD, btw, but there's definitely a difference between a normal collab and her helping Calli understand what someone is saying.

The best way I can describe it is Nina has turned away from try hard aunt to shitposting mom and it works a lot better. Nina also quietly has strong stream salvage abilities like Finana does and can read the room better than others.

The more Haachama yells about wanting to be the strongest idol the less likely I think it will come true. To me it just sounds like she isn't having a particularly good time in and out of HL and just wants to vent. She should probably find a therapist to talk through her issues and work on her mental a bit but good luck with that in JP.

She already accomplished it. Even before Coco graduated, when asked who most of the Hololive members respected as an "Idol" the majority answered Haato. Granted, this was prior to or around the time of Haachama surfacing, but still. Literally, the main reason why Coco even applied to work at Hololive was because of Haato, even if she wasn't exactly applying as a streamer originally.

And this is coming from someone who's not a huge fan of her, I like her regular content. But whenever anything lore-oriented starts I honestly tune it out. And I don't exactly know why they respect her that much, but if anyone would know it's probably her colleagues.

Now that 3 new members are announced for simply HoloStars, so they have to be for JP, when I see that "More", I still think of announcements about concerts, merchandise, external collabs, more 3D shorts with the boys, but not HoloStarsEN. I still am willing to be pleasantly surprised, but for now I want that support to continue and to grow.

Yeah, it is important to remember that Holostars EN has not been announced. Unless they happened to get some really good EN speakers in a JP audition, they'll need to open an EN audition and start the whole process that takes several months. And that hasn't happened yet.

To be honest the only thing that filters me from watching any of their content is mainly the language barrier and in a way I do feel like its kinda shit to pitty people into following a group that the main company has basically pushed aside (which is not really the talent's fault).

The NijiBoys are getting a shit-ton of love and I expect Cover to actually notice. Also, it's an audience that is mostly untouched and won't interfere with most of the audience for the other girls. Two of them have blown up hard and the other 3 have a decent-sized following.

Luca does a female voice (better than most trans vtubers) and they call her Lucy. Girl just donated because her name is Lucy and her heart skips a beat every time the other boys talk about "Lucy". There are female whales out there who are just as sad and pathetic as all the other sad boys out there. Makes sense to go for their wallets too.

Yagoo has been busting his ass supporting them (the current members all have 3D models, scheduled concerts, etc) and, certainly, there was a growth bump earlier this year. I'm sure if HoloStars has a significant growth period and user interest, then I think Cover might look into more branches seriously.
