We are speculating that it will be a Holostars collab but to be honest it could be anything else. That said in the case that it is Holostars Kiara would be the best choice for any sort of collab with them given that she is the one that's fluent in Japanese. I slightly remember the Callie and Rika collab being kinda meh and language being a large part of why it was like that.

That's why I was under the impression that it's actually against youtube TOS no matter if it's transformative or not (similar to how they typically don't allow you to upload cartel executions or porn no matter how much insightful commentary you might provide) but I might be full of shit.

Transformative works are fair use by US (and other countries as well I assume) copyright laws, it has nothing to do with YouTube terms of service if it doesn't violate any of YouTubes other content restrictions then it is allowed. But they can say we don't want pornographic material or snuff films on our platform and put that in the TOS which is why the types of videos you described get removed.
