I still don't understand why people don't use something lighter like Mumble. Sure, Discord has all those fancy rich message features but at least with Mumble you can actually self-host your own server instead of merely pretending you own one.

Karen would still be a nothing wigger working at (real) Applebees and JET without hololive/Calli. Sure now that she found fame as Calli and everyone knows who her roommate is, like Coco/Kson before her, she could leave and most of the deadbeats would probably follow her. But it is just exceptional to say that she doesn't need hololive. I think she realizes that and has also made genuine friends with her genmates and others, so long as they let her live both lives as Calli and DDK without too much intervention, I don't think she has any reason to leave.

Oh well that's funny. Those "offences" are pretty much mild in my book. And even if they were serious (like grooming minors or sexually assaulting people in real life) where are the receipts? Why not just put em upfront? It's like saying you've got a cache of celebrity scandals hoping to catch some paparazzi interviews and dubious news outlets.

I'm mostly a Hololive watcher but I'm not going to go full m'lady and pretend everything is perfect I just put the metric that compared with the others drama we have witness and archived here this is the lamest of all of them

As someone who used a small self-hosted Mumble server on my PC before Discord for voice (only three people, steam voice at the time didn't sound too great), Discord is much easier to set up and more aesthetically pleasing. There is significant ease of sharing media and small files also. As long as they set up their environment properly and treat it for what it is, low security, low priority communication, Discord is good enough.

None of us could have possibly anticipated the 2022 we've had in regards to V-Tubers but I agree.

We should make a sub board specifically to contain Holofags so that I can finally begin phase 2 of Kiwi Pomufication.
