General Discussion for Virtual Youtubers / Vtubers / Chuubas - it's okay to be a simp for 2D, just don't thirstpost.

The FFXI talk made me realize I miss Goblin Smithy trains to Kazham, MPKing chink RMT camping Amemet with Guivre, and many ancient things long gone nowadays. (:_(

Also, lol @ Vesper quitting after Tanaka nerfed RNG into the ground. I wonder if I might have been on the same server as him; I knew a RNG who really loved his Hellfire +1 and raged hard over the ranged attack changes. In terms of timing, he disappeared around ToAU's release too.
I guess we have to wait and see if he ever mentions the race of his character. If he says Hume (Male).. then there's a very strong chance I knew him.
It doesn't feel that long ago, but then I realize I played XI for 20 years. Nothing will ever beat the first walk to Jeuno and your first trip to Crawlers Nest or Garbage Shitadel to immediately die because of a train of 700 mobs sitting at the entrance. (Obviously no longer a thing, but yeah.)

The last tweet mentions SRW, which I would think is Super Robot Wars. SRW is a licensing nightmare, even for localization, so it really isn't surprising perms to play the series would be difficult.

Think this was in one of his chatting streams. Axel teased incoming karaoke + SRW, which I'm guessing was probably singing JAM Project, although he never confirmed or denied.

Don't Holos still need to vet if songs are ok even for unarchived ?

So today I learned Oddysey Eurobeat, a big og brony musician, is a part of Nina’s community. To the extent of Nina following her

"Her? Wait he's a brony? Odyssey as in Odyssey the Touhou Eurobeat guy? Mortimer and the DNA team aka Ken Blast from the Initial D anime? That's a guy they aren't a girl"

Oh no.
Fuck you Nolan, if I blocked you I wouldn't have found out about either of these things.

Has pippa interfaced with all of the autistic fanbases in the internet? Is she an autism connoisseur? Horsefuckers aren't that bad when it comes down to it, shit but not nearly to the level of others...
MLP is a safe space for weird autistic women and they hate the 4th gen male fans for infiltrating it. There's no higher rationale than this tbh.

Honestly I remember the fandom having an air of superiority, as “better than most”. But honestly all fandoms can be trash, including the chuuba one; and all have mostly the same problems. Nothing about bronies is unique, even the feeling of being unique.

It was a perfectly good and fun show that had an autistic older fanbase. Happens. Things died down anyways, just because the fandom isn't as active makes it better than how it was in the early days.

Who’s the lowest on the order?
people that make 3 separate comments to reply to previous comments.

Okay so how do I solve that then? Since I can’t edit, I just comment and then when I see something else I want to respond to I respond to that too.
Catch up before replying would be the normal solution, doing so also makes sure you don't just repeat what someone else already said, if you're behind on the thread and instantly reply to something when you see it, you won't see if someone 2 comments down already answered or explained what was being asked.

Like this situation, there were 3 comments you wanted to reply to, all posted 10 minutes or more before you replied. the only reason your comments got split up was because you chose to immediately respond to each of them instead of catching up first. Even in cases where you might be a few pages behind you can write up the reply and just not post it, going to the next page your unposted reply will remain in the box, and you can add additional replies as you find more things you want to say something about, or remove things that would be repetitive. and then just post once you've caught up to the last post.
