That would be like the most drastic example and I'm sure stuff like that is easy to verify, especially if you make it past the first stage. Even those shady startups staffed by groomers don't seem to mess up this badly when picking people (unless it's their underage girlfriend or something). Attitude is always the tricky part, especially when you take risks with people that don't really have much background with streaming like Cover often does (more so with Holo EN than JP). They might be really high-spec on paper (like Sana, she had a lot of things going for her in theory), probably most would be at this point but if they're willing to take the effort and actually make it work on stream is a wholly different matter. Like I've said it "looks like" of course I'm just RRATing on a RRATy RRAT forum, not sure why some people seem genuinely upset about it.
The only thing we know is that she claimed to have a back injury months before and a lot of people (this thread included) assumed her graduation have to be health-related, some however remained sceptical:

Look I'm not Sana's anti or something, I'm still subbed and watched some of her streams. I just find it weird especially after she started streaming as her roommate and even asked Cover to private that back-injury video, perhaps something juicy will come out of it still and if it does it might be bigger than anything we had on the drama front in the last few months, who knows.

The fact that both of them still work for chink gacha business doesn't mean there were no hurdles behind the scenes, it's not like they would talk about it openly but we know that Ina had a hard time as of late (most of it not really hololive related it seems) culminating with that 1 month break and just in general there is a lot of additional risk involved. Chink chong ping pongs are so unpredictable with their hate, they can turn on you in a day if somebody rallies them up and this games had their own share of nationalist/nerd drama in the past. Ina is big and consistent enough as a streamer to ditch gacha or even professional art if she had to, it's not so obvious with her friend.

Well there was also this RRAT that Cover demanded more stream hours in their new contracts and it pushed Sana out, no idea where that came from really. I've seen nothing to imply she was under pressure to stream more from the company side perhaps /vt/ shitposting got to her though, even if she was far from being the biggest target... We know she probably noticed some of it because of that random "fuck you" tweet. Would certainly feel weird if she started streaming more now that she's out though.

Poor girl, I've known that pain before and considering how food is often a comfort for when you're in pain it's like adding insult to injury when your injury keeps you from eating. At least once it's over everything will be alright and for the meantime she has some pudding

It is by far. Not only was it cheaper, had more storage but also had a better UI, and it showed the album's cover. Only drawback was a shorter battery life and it was more chunky (which I never cared about but people have an obsession with paper-thin devices).

Usually those Discovers clips get posted on youtube after about a week or two. He did one of those react segments yesterday and from the first 4 clips, he had 3 of them with Tenma. Not Theo (her main clipper) has been getting a huge boost on views in the past month or two due to Tenma clips getting picked up by Nagzz and Koe. This is also the main reason why Tenma's subscription numbers went up drastically compared to Uruka, Lia and Pippa. I have been trying to get 100,000 channel points (halfway there) to try to get the "Skip the Line" and shove in a Pippa clip in there. The regular request costs 12,000 points but you have to basically compete with about 100 other submissions.

I'll see if I can find a clip or archive somewhere for the ones that's peaked my interest. Really showed her soft deep voice during tonights stream. I honestly kinda like that whiplash of a vtuber having a gremlin voice or something then when they sing it's complete 180.

Here's one of her covers though I liked.
