None of that means anything to me as I don't know how thin or fat any of those people are. I know she mentioned being malnourished and was getting a bit healthier in weight lately. She's right around the age where they balloon up though, so it's a frightening prospect, I want to believe in thin Pippa.

Anyone who claims Pippa is being coached on what to say is out of their mind, and I think a lot of the other girls in PC are probably the same way. Really once you step away from the press scum narrative it's not a controversial take to say you like reading shit on here, we've had normies in beauty parlor for ages which is a primarily female forum.

I agree in principle, but I have to ask if you understand what people actually mean when they talk about the collab thing. Let's start with my own perceptions of NijiEN collabs (and some assumptions I'm making about my fellow fans because I don't presume to speak for every Holo fan). I get the feeling that many looked at the NijEN collabs and saw them as 'excessive'. That was kind of my perception as well, but I never said anything because I didn't know for sure whether I was seeing a true representation or not. I never cared to look into it because I only really care about Pomu and Rosemi, and I also knew I would never actively engage in talks about that aspect because I had no real information with no desire to watch most of the people engaged in the collabs. Ever since Rosemi no other Niji has actually caught my interest except for Scarle, and that's still only cursory.

So, now that we've established I had only an uninformed outsiders perspective of Niji collabs (and still do), I can talk about the Holo part. I asked if you knew what most people meant when they speak about the whole collab thing. In my view it was always framed as a desire to have the streamers largely stay as mostly solo with a couple of collabs here and there, vs that perception that I and many others seemed to share that Niji was always collabing all the time. Whether that perception was true or not doesn't matter. Any discussion of wanting Holos to not collab as much as the Nijis do is based on that perception. So, for example, you claim that it's nice to see the attitudes change on the collabs, but it hasn't changed. The thing about collabing with men was always conditional on the boys not being shit. They are all great so that's no longer a concern. There's also still no change that I've seen regarding the amount of collabs people want with the other EN girls. I'm certainly not changing my own tune on that front. I don't want Amelia collabing all the time. I love her solo streams and would Thanos snap collabs out of existence if you absolutely made me choose one or the other.

Interesting deviations from this mindset are when things like Rust or Hololive summer festivals happen. People actively want to see those collabs because it's rare to see the JPs and ENs interact with and react to each other. I also wouldn't say that a whole two collabs between Tempus and the EN girls counts as spamming. Most people are only actively posting in favor of collabs recently because the small fraction of unicorns/trolls pretending to be unicorns has been unabashedly autistic and extremely rude to the girls.

I'm not sure if I'm in the minority, but I haven't quite hit the wall with Rust yet.

I know the feeling, my hatred of Ark led me to only watching highlight clips. I can't do 6 hours of that shit.

So, I had a tiny 'tism flare up when I heard the news. ACKSHUALLY it's the Queen's sister Dascshund who's named Pipkin, and that dog knocked up one of the queen's corgis.
Fun fact, one of those "Dorgis" (new breed) is called Piper. Close enough for me.

I don't really have the time nor the will to skim through the thread, but we have a video of her showing her hands on a Zax stream, and she didn't have knuckle dimples. So definetly not fat.

The space was archived on twitter by shiina herself, in case anyone wants to listen to it.
Some tidbits I found interesting:
- She has a concert in 10 days and Sakana hasn't talked about it with her. Not even discussed a tracklist.
- Mngmt is still bugging her about being "too formal" and to "loosen up", even when she brought up on stream that she's like this IRL. She remaked what makes her uncomfortable is she never had outside feedback regarding vtubing Vtubing.
- Sakana and her are talking in "more friendly terms", that might be why they're more blunt with her about said feedback.
- Around 30 minutes in she talks about the Kiwi Censor Bar, it was Pippa's suggestion, and since it was Pippa's channel and not her own, she felt it was the right place at the right time. She wouldn't risk doing something like that on her channel. She made the skin herself (the base and the added censor bar). She got plenty of marshmellows telling her she shouldn't have done that, because radioactive and all that. In the end, she found the whole thing pretty funny.
- She doesn't lurk the farms, she just saw the edits. ("Not a site I'm familiar with")

Seein the recently drama of holoen because of male collabs, made me think that is a good thing that the vtubers from phase-connect and tsunderia "bully and shame" his fans, as it's filters the kind of schizos that idolizes them
