It can be hundreds or it can be thousands. Kson spent an ungodly amount for hers. You can use a free one, but then it's hard to market yourself since anyone can use the same avatar. You can also make one yourself, Sleepy and Yuni (indi-Pippa) did that.

I think it's less the cost of the avatar and more wanting management, a pre established group of people to interact with, and for later generations pre established fans. Stressed out mentally ill girls are not good at grabbing sponsorships or logistics for merch. Bigger streamers can get a management company for that, but if you're a 2-view no one cares.

It clearly works out in some people's favor. Pippa was barely scraping by as an indie even during her most successful iteration of being a content creator.

Vshojo is the "talent freedom" one, it's the one that only recruits already very popular streamers, doesn't have any rules, and doesn't take your income. The only thing it does is take care of the merch and sponsorships. I don't recall any ruining of the company by trannies. The only "tranny" is zentreya, who isn't, he's a proto-tranny, a dude with a tts pretending to be a woman. And did I mention he's mentally ill ?

Easy to proclaim "talent freedom" when its members are already friends in the first place while most of them also being an e-thot (free for flashing boobs etc).

Bettel doesn't like orange or Axel. I just found the way he said it funny.

There may be no VOD from the cake baking stream, but Axel got Vcap Clips to make an edited clip from that stream for his channel.

Axel talks about what he thinks is an idol, how he knows more about the vtubing culture than the idol one.
