I initially thought Gunrun was gay with the pink sweater photo on but was I shocked that I saw he had a wife with him in the real life collab he did with Aethel and Nyanners. Other manager mowtendoo looks like a gay Latino. 3rd manager last name is Sanders no idea if kike or not having a last name like Bernie Sanders.

-Mel PL twitter account as marsmayhem talked about why you should vote for Bernie Sanders.
-Nyanners and Ironmouse follow AOC and Bernie Sanders on Twitch.
-Froot is pro trans, there was a tweet not too long ago that she said she slept with obkatiekat a trans person that has a fansly account fucking his GF. Which I guess means she is not dating Bettel Gavis(commander chaos) or any other dude.
-Zen had a past tweet about being against the capitol riots.
-Vei said she hated Trump on stream once, but no anger or resentment about Biden.
-Matara's PL account I think I vaguely remember her PL was being like a hasanabi kind of commentator on Twitch. Heavenlyfather showed Trump on a happy mother's day tweet pic and matara commented we need to talk(jokingly or non-jokingly) and he replied talk about what?

I am assuming the only EN members that didn't show some kind political affiliation on streams or social media accounts is Haruka, Geega, Kuro, Michi, Silvervale(as past member)and Hime. The JP members are at least cool since KSON said she wouldn't mind collabing with Pippa and Henya had no problems collabing with Pippa.
I wish all the Vshojo EN members did a collab with Filian, Pippa, Kirsche and Nickmercs just because it would be funny as fuck.

its really the same thing with any other medium Vidya,Movies,etc., the tipping point for Vtubing specifically was the Hogwarts Legacy shitshow, its almost like their brains are wired to ruin every medium that is entertaining and make it gay and lame.

A lot of this seems like fairly common sense stuff to figure out but at the same time I do realize the person I'm replying to is just an embodiment of random copypasted /vt/ rrats. But for the sake of the rest of the thread.
People with CVID having pets and spending time with their children isn't unusual. They are just things that require extra steps to do safely and have precautions to deal with. In the quoted text there about Mouse and difficulties with her daughter being around, it's not that she's saying she can't have her daughter next to her, Just that it's difficult to get a young child to adhere to the protocols surrounding her condition.

If you've ever looked after or just been around young kids they are often the embodiment of everything that someone with a compromised immune system should avoid. Kids will roll around in the dirt, smash an insect with their bare hand and without thinking twice run up and hug you before sneezing directly into your face. They don't think or care about a lot of that sort of hygene stuff at a young age and I'd wager it'd be a nightmare trying to explain to them why they need to stop and sterilize themselves to go into a room and see their parent. That's the kind of stuff Mouse was talking about there that her daughter struggled with those protocols. And at an age that young it makes sense that there would be some secondary caregiver (in this case Mouse's mom) looking after her in light of that and mouse's own difficulties that she'd have trying to keep up with and chase around a kid at that age. Those cases of seeing someone with it on youtube doing something should be recognized that the people in those videos are assuredly following the same protocols that Mouse is speaking about.

The "deadbeat mom" thing I've always found to be the weirdest angle and her antis on /vt/ push that shit all the time. That girl (and mouses parents themselves) are living better lives than probably the vast majority of other Puerto Ricans (discounting the tax haven refugees from the mainland) thanks to Mouse's income from streaming. That's the polar opposite of a deadbeat parent. Her condition keeps her exposure limited thanks to precautions, but nothing I've ever seen in the scant information we've seen from Mouse on the topic shows signs of her being any more distant from her daughter than her condition and job require which is pretty normal parent stuff.

Angela was 10 in that 2018 interview but still it will be pointless to argue if a 10-year-old has a brain capacity to adhere to rules or not, fair point. But I think her daughter can learn to read a sign on a door at that age as the interview guy suggested if it was that problematic for mouse to deal with her.

The point is just that Vshojo's power structure is flipped from what people are used to from Holo and Niji. The talents are the ones who generally have the power in these things. Talents keeping their models is just one way of showing that which doesn't just extend to those who had their models beforehand. Mikeneko/Rushia/Nazuna kept her model and still streams with it randomly after leaving Vshojo as well.

Comparatively someone like Suisei had her own model and design and character before joining holo. Should she ever leave holo it is unlikely she owns the rights to the Suisei character anymore as she in all likelihood signed it away in order to get holo to take her in the first place. Or I believe another example would be Yuuri who had her character and design from cyberlive when she joined Phase as an invader, and upon her graduation lost that character and channel which predated her joining Phase. Where most well known agencies act as their talents "boss" and own the talents channels and character rights. Vshojo just acts more like an agent while still leaving primary control in the hands of the talents themselves.

The whole interview was Sakana throwing shade at several groups. If I remember right, it was:
-outfit spam dilutes the value of outfit debuts (Ironmouse)
-"transparency" virtue signaling is stupid and donothon spam causes talents to become lazy (Idol)
-immediately rushing to 3D models heavily reduces the impact of a talent getting 3D and it won't produce success on its own (V4Mirai)

Suisei retains the rights to the concept of her character, although she couldn't take the holo-funded models or costume designs with her if she left. Roboco did sign over her own character concept, though. Gen0 was a different time.

Speaking of rights to ones model and Character. There's apparantly some possible trouble brewing with Fillian who's standard design is just a random VRchat model named "rindo" that she has modified for her own use.
The creator of the model has a terms of use for it's use and one thing mentioned within it is that if you're going to produce physical goods for sale of their characters that they want to be consulted for permission first.

Well today Goodsmile announced a Fillian Nendroid and no one ever contacted the creator of the model who's now saying on twitter that he's contacting both the company and Fillian to sort out the disagreement, whether this means the figure gets cancelled or not will have to be seen.

It's been pointed out in the sister site, but the terms of service seems to have been applied starting from 2023, while Filian started streaming with this model in 2021. So there is a possibility the artist doesn't have much knowledge on contractual shit and assumed the terms could be retroactively applied. I'm still leaning towards Filian being a retard and doing an oopsie though.

With that said, I think in this case neither entity is big enough to slapfight in court so naturally gets settled amicably, but the nendos being a one-time only production.

Probably the bigger damange that can be done is not a legal slap fight from the artist, but companies just pulling anything related to Fillian.

Goodsmile I'm pretty sure isn't going to like being caught up in this sort of drama. And Fillian has merch with gamersupps as well which would run afoul of this agreement.

My main takeaway from this is that Fillian is a retard for not having a proper model of her own by now and using some booth model. Lord knows she has the money to just have something distinctly hers made. Apparantly that model she used and edited is fairly popular so I'm inclined to say that her even trying to merchandise the design as her own, effectively building your brand on something you can't even legally protect, was always a retard move.

Even vedel was smart enough to get a unique model made for neuro once he could afford it.
