That is a very bouncy model. I'm aware of this character but never seen her in motion, there's like no part of it that isn't swaying in some way.
I am not sure what the process or limitations are when it comes to getting the needed talents, but I assume part of it is that they have been animating it week by week since like 2021 no? Also I believe they use Unity for their 3d set ups so they may also use it to render this in real time so that its pretty much just run it once and record it. Would explain why all the models outside the talents are low poly.
