Got my semi bootleg (endorsed by Pippa sold by a third party) plush months ago. Really no excuse for how slow Vtuber merch takes to deliver.
Unless they are totally skipping a step and showing prototypes. New models and merch are in the planning for months before we see them. I can't even use sales as an excuse to see how many they should order made, as anyone with a functioning brain should assume that if a talent has a large following, you're going to sell out unless you order an insane number of them to be made.

Shipping is just an excuse for this. I could walk to the PC office in Canada and back home before some of the merch was flown by plane, driven by train, or truck to my door. Holo isn't off the hook either. I send merch orders to my mothers house, because I've been house hunting, and know I may not live where I do in 6 months or a year.

Not necessarily the cause but could be related to something else. I doubt someone would do something drastic because they can't sing anymore. But sounds like it could have been symptom related to something else.
Damn shame either way.
In Vtuber news, Watched a bit of the Tenma virus. That was insane. She had everyone even non phase people dressing up as her. Was a great way to handle what happened.
