Well, Rushia and Mel were unplanned terminations right before Fes, no regular graduations. My cope is that if it was really a graduation announcement, Cover would ask her to push it one week back when the Fes is over. I hope that it's just some kind of permanent hiatus announcement, not a final graduation. But apart from the timing: A Shion graduation wouldn't surprise me one bit. She had multiple problems for a very long time and is (still?) the youngest of the girls.

People continue to misunderstand how Cover "going public" works. They only put a portion of the company up for public trading, and of that portion the majoirty holder is still Yagoo himself owning like 39% of their stock offering with no other group or individual even hitting double digit percentages.

CEO's yes can be ousted and "serve at the pleasure of the board" in situations where they are no longer the majority shareholders of their own company. That isn't and hasn't ever been the case with Cover, and with the limited offerings of their IPO it is unlikely to ever be the case unless they expand it further.

Agreed, besides which things are very different in Japan, management will often tell shareholders to go eat shit even if they own a ton of the company.
