As someone who does this mainly by themselves for smaller vtubers this is absolutely infuriating to hear.
Doing motion data isn't difficult to do it just takes sitting your fat ass down at the desk and fixing everything.
Camera data is even easier, you just do your main points and then do inbetweens so people don't get nauseous when they watch it.

I sincerely hope she doesn't genuinely believe what she's saying right now and isn't internalizing the cover ups that she's doing for whatever group or person this is.

I don't want to jump to conclusions, but I would not bet against something related to Offkai.

EDIT: I watched the vod, apparently it's something "kinda like a revenge porn case" - maybe some kind of blackmail? She said she can't say much because it's a legal matter.
