I'm so confused. According to Ob She's a she who was born with a penis? But the use of transition here seems improper in that case, she wouldn't "transition" if everything about her was female, she had a, what she seems to imply to be, a birth defect of the penile variety. She claims she got her first period at 8, which sounds like bullshit, but I think I've heard stories of that happening due to hormone issues, which I imagine would be very possible if you had a malformed penis. (Could be wrong, 99% sure I remember this from a tv show like law and order.)
I know the obvious answer here is "She's" a he and is using this whole story to justify being transsexual, and that's probably true, but I'm still confused over what the implied truth is here.

what it sounds like if what she's saying is true is that she'd fall into one of the rare cases of being intersex at birth, which does happen albeit rarely and might need some work done to sort out the equipment downstairs to properly slot into what they are/feel they are. and some hormone fuckery would be common in such a situation either because her body just wouldn't produce a proper balance, or because she'd be treated with some sort of hormones to try to keep development on track.

It's an extremely rare case though and usually one that activists like to bring up as "proof there have always been trans people" even though that's not what it is. She could either be one of these rare cases, or she could be lying and just trans. Something I'd throw out as just my 2 cents is that I'd not expect a trans activist type to be one to lie about this because they'd likely get labled as transphobic for insisting upon the "no no I'm not trans I'm this other thing"

I don't think I've ever seen Yuri accused of doing anything "criminal," just things that could have constituted a financial/IP contract breach. Fishman appeared to ask for remediation actions, Yuri was either unwilling or unable to comply, termination option exercised.

Nothing she said here really disputes that. Rie's seething and outgrouping is on-brand and probably shouldn't be read into too seriously. There are people who associate with Yuri that almost certainly wouldn't if she had done anything objectively immoral/dishonest/harmful. The fact that Kirsche, Moonshine, etc still hang with her seems like a pretty good indicator that her termination resulted from the sort of dispute that has two sides.

any amount of credibility I'd give to the notion that she's intersex rather than trans is less about giving her benefit of the doubt, and more because the thing's she's saying and vehemently denying and downplaying of any potential oppression labels she could give herself are unusual if not unheard of in those circles. She'd have been torched for "internalized transphobia" years ago if it were the case. IMO at least.

She sill seems shit and not like anyone I would ever care to watch before or after this information. Just that the supposed medical situation she's describing of herself is a thing and has been documented for centuries, just usually calling the person a hermaphrodite, and is at the very least more real than general tranny delusions.
