Weirdly, eating lots of leafy greens could be part of the problem - especially if you do things like put cheese on your salad. The most common cause of kidney stones (at least in dogs/cats/humans) is a molecule called calcium oxalate, and the "oxalate" part is something you find a lot of in popular veggie foods - stuff like spinach and sweet potatoes. The oxalic acid can combine with calcium ions in the blood to form little crystals that hurt like hell if they scrape against tissues, especially those really tiny blood vessels in your kidneys. Usually they stay small enough to pass when you pee, but it still hurts like a bitch. If you don't drink enough water, or eat meals that contain large amounts of both calcium and oxalic acid, you'll increase your risk of kidney stones.

Since you're not a mod of Mass Debates, what you might want to do is a general thunderdome thread along the lines of "Argue Endlessly about VTuber Models and Voice Acting being Pedophile Adjacent". Then, you can select the mass-mod checkbox on any posts anywhere, and "Move Posts" by pasting in the thread URL. This is what they do in the DSP board for any off-topic discussions about if DSP is worth trolling or whatever.
