She is not saying anything secret, everyone know how fucking horrible the idol industry is on Japan, is in levels that even talking with someone outside of the approved circles of the agency is considered haram, Nijisanji is on that aspect a little less strict, collaborations between male and females are not uncommon, Hololive in the other hand they go full Islam and the streams are carefully sanitized when they do collabs (except Subaru for some reason) even when Holostar barely get the numbers that Hololive does, however people have to understand that they don't do this out of malice, is more to cover the ass of both parties because if you think the industry is bad, the fandom is worse lets just say that the japanese get TO emotionally involved with them to the point that stalkers are common and they are even worse that our own doxxers, the company cant afford to lose a idol they are a investment and losing one is a little blow to both money and the reputation of the agency

To resume every idol know perfectly what they are getting into it

She uploaded a video today, is the suspensions only for livestreams?
To comment on the relationship between the Livers and the Stars, at first their relationship was horrible due to COVER trying to make sure that the idols are "pure". However, this resulted in the Stars' potential growth to be damaged. More recently the Livers (especially Fubuki and Matsuri) have been collabing with the Stars.
Most of the Livers have collabed with males before so it isn't as restrictive as that.

The fans don't care about the "purity" of the HoloLive VAs. Choco openly talked about boyfriends she had and noone cared. Noel and Mel's VAs are titty streamers Hell, there are only two contravesies surrounding males and the girls at HoloLive where fans were mad. The discord incident (where male voices were heard while Towa was streaming), and the smash incident (where Aqua played smash with a famous male professional). The smash incident was fans being pissy that Aqua showed "favouritism" to the top player.
The discord incident however, was more controvestial as Towa lied about the males being on the stream which pissed fans off.

As for the video, it was an explaination about the ban and a public appology one I think she didn't need to make. I doubt she'll make more videos in the meantime.

What a disaster for a start, everyone else started nicely except for her, the only light in the darkness is the weird maturity of the western fandom, almost all of them are condemning the behaviour of the japaneses on this, for the first time we are not being complete retards on this issue

I concede that you're right; I got tripped up in the beginning when I thought she was directly calling her own company "black," which colored the following parts.
On the whole though that translation looks pretty accurate.

And to be clear I feel sorry for her, I enjoyed her stream, and I would watch again. I just got annoyed when Reddit grabbed their pitchforks, because instead of just being otaku idol shit it's a little more complicated

I could always post the Sakura Miko gunt video onto r/Hololive and terrorize them all for it. I would laugh if it makes it into Coco's shitpost review.

The clown has bamboozled us

If you see the tumbnail in mobile and without entering the "ays" is barely visible and people was HOW THE FUCK SHE GOT HER MODEL SO FAST

Mano Aloe, a 5th Gen. member of Hololive had a recent debut and was recently doxxed cause some delusional weebs went batshit crazy when they found out that she had a boyfriend. Lol. These retards don't know how to distinguish fiction from reality.

While the boyfriend was part of the ordeal and I do think unicorns are pathetic, that isn't why she gathered so much hatred. What really pissed the antis off was her comments about the more "passionate" nijisanji fans.
Basically she as another vtuber said that idol fans can be scary and a nijisanji vtuber retired from that role because she was doxxed and scared of her more fanatical fans. This had not been stated by the person herself so the fans felt insulted. She also suggested that it was a "black" industry (I.E. the conditions were overly restrictive), especially for the big 2 groups.
However, these statements were made back in 2019 when she was part of a smaller company and had no affiliation with HoloLive. So the antis were just digging up dirt in order to hate her.

She isn't faultless though as she should have deleted everything to do with her past life or at the very least deleted any connection to her present self on those past accounts.

It's fucked up that people are literally calling her in real life. We know that idol fans are some of the worst, most obsessive people in the world, and, while Hololive's fanbase is significantly more mature, there is still a minority that's incredibly creepy about this kind of thing, and in something as popular as Hololive, a 'minority' can still be a large group of people.

There are people on 2ch questioning why she wasn't fired outright, and quite a few bashings on Twitter, and I have no idea why this girl is being forced to apologize for "inconveniencing the company". There's a theory going around that they suspended her for 2 weeks not because of the Live2D leaks but to let this blow over, and while it's a bit too optimistic, I'd rather believe that than think Cover's just a bunch of assholes.

Nevertheless, things like these have happened before, with Towa as mentioned previously. The international community was, just like it is being right now, incredibly supportive at the time, and essentially carried Towa out of being screwed forever - she's got a great appreciation for overseas fans because of this. I imagine the same is going to happen, especially given the reaction on social media like Twitter and as you can see by the front page, Reddit. Some Japanese fans are condemning the overseas fans for this, calling them stupid for carrying Towa and supporting Aloe.

Shinshiro Botan is going to be streaming Fall Guys in a little under 10 minutes.

Nothing new from Hololive or VTubing in general, but technically this is the first 5th gen gaming stream and a lot of her fellow VTubers described Botan as a bit of an uhh, pro gamer, so it's probably worth checking out anyway.

Fuck them, the western fandom were not the ones harassing her for shit no one cares, for once they are the bad guys on this, people in twitter for the first time are absolute mad at the japanese fandom for this

I think she said she was good on FPS, she at least play Fall guys better than the others

In better news, that clown is this close to trigger someone in Youtube HQ (come with subs, activate CC)

I've been watching Pikamee's English streams the past week. They're entertaining as background noise. When I first heard her talking in English I thought "Does she have some sort of American accent?" and sure enough she's half-American, apparently having lived in Texas for a while. She's even talked about some xenophobic stuff she's dealt with in Japan in some of her Q&A sessions.

Why do SEA people like this vtuber stuff so much?

Thats a good question, i dont know much about but apparently the fandom there is huge to the point that they even have their own vtubers to cash on it, not as big as the western tho, i still found highly ironic that most of the viewerships of certain vtubers specially on hololive are western, is not that hard to see tho, just check any superchat, in a korone stream for example i see a LOT of even south americans there, people giving super chats in argentinean, colombian, mexican and chilean pesos

Or maybe is something like was discussed even on TV here about the rise of Kpop stans in south america, it was concluded that because the local means of entertainment are absolute garbage they go to more exotics one

btw in Botan fall guys stream, faithfuls of the gaben race noticed that our dear adidas lion is going the full experience with a 240hz monitor and checking the settings at first boot, those are the holy rituals that every PC players do and she did it by reflex
