You can tell she's holding back due to the crappy microphone peaking. Once she gets some cash rolling in and she can afford a better microphone, I'd be really interested in seeing how she sings at full power.

Learned something new today. I knew Mio did stuff for Gaming Heaven prior to Hololive, like I mentioned, but looks like she might have gotten her start reviewing games for a YouTube news channel. Honestly makes me wonder why all the dox videos I see with her use very unflattering still images, she's cute.

The doxxers are in it for the bullshit internet clout they get from the 4chan and reddit audience. They don't actually give much of a fuck about the talents. They just want to be the "cool guy" at the water cooler. And yes, she's actually really cute and you can kind of see how, by now, she'd have a sort of maternal bearing that would prompt everyone to call her "Mio Mama."

My opinion on this is that the doxx video uploaders pick the worst of the worst images for the comedic "lol they're all men/old hag" meme. Either way I don't care as I'm not that far gone in the brain.

it was more about in general, highly doubt calli would just go "should I keep those people busy or do whatever else because who cares". FBK did it when she was reading manga at that time (iirc). it's simply good form to cover for a mate when you can, whoever does it, as much as people want to meme "the chicken stole fubuki's idea".
cover already told coco to never bring her up when she talked about a collab way back, but then she mentioned her last week, so who knows.
reminds me way too much of "dude weed lmao" due to the eyes. don't get me wrong it's cute and pikamee fucking loves cute, but her old design wasn't that bad to hardly ever use it anymore.
assume you aren't the guy who made a similar youtube comment and pikamee actually replied to - not that the notion isn't uncommon, you see a comment here and there mention the same.

No, not me. I don't really comment on videos. Apparently it's just me, so I'll give her another chance. I definitely preferred her old design from a personal standpoint. In general I've been graduating slowly over to Tomoshika. She doesn't speak English (much), but she has a certain maniac charm to her that I find highly appealing.

nah, there are a few opinions like yours, so you're definitely not alone (if it's the look or behavior in the end I couldn't say).
TMSK is a gem, sadly there aren't that many subbed clips, especially of the talk streams. but then subbing 3 hours of astrophysics is probably not very memeable nor fun (also fwiw, prefer her old design as well, and she still uses it quite often compared to the kettle).
not surprised, their bang dream output is damn good (roselia > RAS, fite me), EDM is probably even easier to do.
need to check out the anime at some point.

Not new - IIRC several hundred pages back in this thread, the discussion was that it has always been that Gyari doesn't take any cut off YouTube or SC income from the girls - but all merch income goes to him.
They've interacted for a bit on Twitter. Pikamee does a lot of group collabs with other indies and Niji/Holo talents so that could be where the confusion is coming from.
