If it was 100% original like with original lyrics and not just an original beat then I’d be on his side. I like some of his stuff, but at this point it’s time to cut your losses and just let it go. The only reason he even has a fanbase is because of Hololive so he owes cover way more than they owe him. Feel free to monetize your own stuff, but it’s time for him to start thinking of his Hololive stuff as fan projects rather than actual work. Wow, he's getting upset about the character he sampled singing the song with the voice he sampled from. I can understand his frustration over being screwed hard on Spotify and I think he should absolutely take Cover to task over that. But if his work is non-infringing then by extension Ame's cover of it is also likely non-infringing.
