Superchat is non-refundable, probably one of the good things using Youtube, it doesn't allow for some bullshit like Twitch chargeback.

Edit: my bad it seems Superchat can also be charged back if you contact their support. Why can't they make payments like these fully non-refundable. Who in the right mind mistakenly SC some videos?
