I don't follow her that much, so I don't have all the info, but I still curious of some details.
Did she talked about Hololive as "group of friends" or Hololive as a whole (including the company, the business practice, the relationship with behind the scene people, etc)?
It is clear that she is grateful to be part of this "group of friends", but what about the other aspect?
Have she ever talked about her good memories related to the staff behind the scene?
We are lucky that Coco done the member-only stream where she pretty much explain everything she can without breaking the NDA. And in that stream and the following talk stream, she always refer to the Hololive talents as "Holomember" while when she talk about the agency or management, she'll refer to them as "Hololive." Since the LiveTL was leaked on 4chan, you can probably read it yourself, but there are some nuance that was left when you doesn't hear the tone of voice she say. There is a specific relevant part where Coco say she feel gratitude to all the Holomember, stuff, and management as well. She then go to say with a bit of stuffy nose that she feel sorry for always causing management a headache, and that her trying to circumvent the rules so many time might be among the reason we reach this point, and that's one thing she regret.
About the other Holomembers, she does share her perspective quite a bit. Of course, she see them as dear friends and use the term Nakama for them.(TL note : insert weeby wall of text explaining the term here). But when one SC being a concern fag and said he's fearing that despite everything Coco say about how it's for her own good, she might actually sacrificing herself for the sake of everyone else. Coco reply that if the "everyone" here means the other girls, she isn't doing it for them. While she cherish them, she isn't such a selfless person to sacrifice herself for others. Her leaving is for her own selfish reason.
Have we ever heard other members that have ambition beyond themself? I imagine the common ambitions are fame, money, music release, concert, and anything else that only affect themself individually. Coco's goal seems beyond herself. Her goal would affect the whole group. I imagine that would quite difficult or impossible to achieve if her position is just another talents of an agency.
I'm not really sure about other, but Suisei does say when she explain the meaning of her newest song "Ghost". She say that Vtuber as a whole is growing so much, but at the world outside there presence is still obscure and vague like a ghost. One of her goal is to make Vtuber become a more prominent form of entertainment on main stream media.
Since we're already talking about other girls, I guess I'll spreg a bit more on what Coco said about their reaction to the news. Towa cry the most and seems to cry often when discuss the topic. Kanata and Suisei is "very strong". Watame got concern and ask her reasons, ended up becoming a person Coco vent to. Choco-sensei try very hard to stop her and seems to do it many time. Marine send a message to her but talk about random stuff (which Marine who lurking in chat respond with "It wasn't random!".) Matsuri drop into DM and send creepy text like she's a pervert asking for a Line contact; which is probably her way of saying to keep close even after graduation. Coco talk with Kiara and said something along the line of "it's because i'm not good at tolerating..." and Kiara reply with "It's not something you have to tolerate!". Among them all, Coco is worry about Luna the most. To her, it seems that Luna thought she was joking when she break the news, and refuse to believe it right until the announcement. Coco said that Luna is bad at saying goodbye, and ask the fan to be kind to her.
I can go on a bit more about Suisei. She doesn't happy with management decision and say "What are they doing letting someone so talented and important to Hololive go like this?". Personal pet rrat, Suisei is someone who advocate that Idol doesn't have to fit in any box or form. That so long as there are people who look up to them, anyone can be an idol, Seiso or not. The change in direction from Hololive probably doesn't sit well with her philosophy. Despite that, she believe that the decision is what both side think is the best.
