Maybe its the character she's portraying and how much over the top she is acting. Who knows, but seeing chicken's roommate like your ordinary irl streamer makes her seem more down to earth in one way or another.

Iirc the artist that made the fanart kson has as thumbnail for her freechat didn't know about Kiryu Coco until she used it again (the fanart was from before Coco's debut).
Or that's what I understood from his tweet at least.

She did say that recording with her phone is different from her streams due to mic quality differences.

Not gonna happen especially since the Japanese think for some reason that having crooked teeth is somehow cute.

As for her voice, it feels like she goes in and out of character. Guessing it would be pretty hard for her to get rid of the voice she has been using when streaming for the last year. Also, her cat is cute as hell.

That’s a wild card in uncharted territory. We know that Coco get those “yakuza” money since those guy love free spirit women like her. Matsuri seems to try it and looks like she does not garner many except either stalkers or tardwargon like Lyger. Her roommate stream did not getting 1/8 of her Matsuri persona live view. I think Matsuri is the JP Nyanners in a sense minus some of the hypocrisy and pee poop jokes part (not many people tune into Nyanners when she was stream with face cam vs live2D.

Overall I think it’s a combination between avatar, personality and voice. Depend on which variable that is more important for you then you will find your place.

For example IRyS did not get much audience when live stream (pre live2D) even if she had dope singing voice due to her streaming with a static 2D images. After her live2D she get more view and now joining the biggest stage Hololive.

Delu will debut her live2D soon, so if that pump her views and sub up, then we will get more data FIR SCIENCE.

During one of her of rice and ruin streams she used her real voice at the very end after the credits and its so much better and dosetn feel as high pitched or forced. I will say the kiara voice has gotten better but her real voice still sounds really well, just probably wouldn't fit her model

I know about this thing. Howeve, so far no one has shown the actual scene and just the credits. From what I saw, the scene is quite important for the episode, so they cant just easily cut it like usual

Also I checked on the Touhouwiki and it turns out she sang that song along with the other members of her old idol group. It's quite an old song it's almost like a relic to the past

Not important, but I took a look on Keeki's stream and I must agree that I prefer this over Kiara. Maybe because she mellowed down her voice. Or maybe because she didn't act over the top and annoying like Kiaras is. But if you ask me whether to watch Keeki or Kiara, I would immediately answer the former

Its weird because the voice would probably just feel weird. Then again Snuffy changed her voice and it was for the better. The "uwu im imitating nyanners" was not working out.

If she can get half the viewers she would still be doing fine as she doesnt have to split her revenue with a company.



She probably privated stream to look/delete the part where she called herself Kiara.

In Mildom she get solid 4000-3000 viewers, it would be more if the website was not super ass to enter and lag everything with the shitload of animations and stickers
