It's definitely a bit of a mess, I'll give you that. Assuming the four figures on the thumbnail of the vid is the equivalent of 4 new members than you have to wonder why they didn't just debut IRyS together with the rest of them.

Why do they do all big announcements when I should be asleep, fuck sake looks like I'm staying up now, I want in if this is the actual EN Gen2. But I don't think it is, hear me out

The unknown bits

- What the deal with the 4 celestial god looking things, I cant really think what that could be related too
- As @Cubanodun has mentioned, there are 5 planets. So are they themed around planets now... Would be kind of cool tbh.
- The cube I have no idea, I get very Vaporwavey vibes from the entire picture alone, i really don't know how I should interpret it

What WE do know

- The motion designer in the description @cumuloworks has made some interesting stuff in the past. I've timestamped it in his last showcase reel that he done stuff for Kizuna AI. Looks like there nothing 3D related he cant make now.

- The big one is the soundtrack one who is @LAUR1200. Who seems to make some quite hardcore dubstep sounding like trackss. Not really my taste personally more of Future funk kind of guy, If your curious what Laur has made here is the latest song Laur as made.

My theory
I think it most likely a new original song with a music video to go along with it. It what I'm sticking too and we shall see in 5 hours time as of writing this. I want to be wrong and it be EN Gen 2 but it seems... way too soon.

It certainly would not be hard to have had a double announcement for EN2 and V-Singer given that, again, IF THIS IS GEN 2, they would all fit thematically with one another.

But I don't think Cover are going to leave IRyS hung out to dry like that. It's simply too soon, and surely the people at the top don't honestly believe IRyS is attracting such a different audience where she can just weather a Gen 2 announcement 2 weeks after debut and 1 collab under her belt.
 
The music video thing fit but reminder that Irys also had a animated thingy when she debuted, maybe its the standard now for debuts ?

They had to promote getting the jab now because people are just not having over in Nippon land now. So you might start seeing most of the JP crew having it soon ish.

I think Mori got her so soon because her connections to TT. She went same day as they went first time and second time as well.

I think it might be Gen 2 oh, for the simple fact that Iris isn't a game streamer she streams a lot of games but her job is to make music , very different then what Gen 2 is going to be

Just feel like the first part of IRyS "Lore" music series she mention since debut. The godly looking thing with the star shape staff remind me of the halo she got around her head.
 
The four figures in the thumbnail pretty obviously point to it being a Gen2 PV. I wager it will be like what Gen1 had, a video which shows the Live2D characters and names.
